The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a nice view. The restaurant was amazing.

The room we booked was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 even though I contacted the hotel who confirmed a 3pm arrival was fine. The room had a specific view that we paid extra for. At 5pm the room was still not ready so we took another room. The person helping us gave a lot of unclear double talk about why the room wasn't ready.

Beautiful room, clean and bright. Good AC. Great location about 1/2 block from the beach. My room had a partial ocean view which was nice.

I wasn’t sure what the $25 resort/amenity fee was for, since the hotel really didn’t have any extra amenities. But what annoyed me the most is the fact that you could be charged a $25 “restocking fee” if you happened to move any items in the mini bar - even if you never consumed it. There was a sign that confusingly said the minibar items will be “weight censored” and you shouldn’t store any items in the minibar fridge. when I called to check, they told me that even picking an item up and not putting it down within X seconds would incur a restocking fee. this is the most ridiculous and outrageous thing I’ve ever heard.

Amazing view, very clean, and comfortable rooms!

The staff was not very understanding or accommodating with us at check-in, as we had issues with our credit cards. It was in the evening, which was in the middle of the night in our home country and we had to spend an hours trying to call our banks without luck. Only with luck did we manage to accumulate enough money to cover all of the additional costs you guys add on, like deposits and resort fee and what not. the day after we woke up and fixed the issue and paid in full. Your staff could have been more accommodating and understanding in the situation - the lady had an attitude and was rude.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Location was also very good.

The room was really comfortable, and the roof top bar was excellent. The staff in every department was outstanding. We only experienced positive interactions with everyone we spoke to. I loved the photo booth in the restaurant as well. So cute. The bed was extra comfortable. When we got in on Thursday, we literally passed out at 4pm, 7pm our time, and didn't wake up until 8am the NEXT morning. The blackout curtain had us fooled!! LOL. The location was awesome as well. Right by the beach, tons of restaurants and shops. We also ran into the farmers market a few blocks down the road. I can't wait to come back!

There was nothing we didn't like! I didn't mind ordering room service, however it is always nice to have some kind of market or food option available for more or less a grab-and-go snack.q mol We are from Kentucky, so $15 truffle mac and cheese isn't our usual midnight snack, but it was good!! I was annoyed with myself for asking for so much water. I didn't ask, but I never saw a refillable water station, and going through at least 15 plastic water bottles seemed wasteful. Again, no one was ever put out or irritated by my constant request for water. Complimentary items are always a plus, besides the water and wifi, there were no other amenities that stood out given the price. Regardless, we truly had a lovely stay and would stay at The Huntley again.

Rooms look exactly like images on website. Lifts have security feature meaning unless you tap your room card you cannot get off at your floor (this tech has been around a while I know but as a solo traveller I found it comforting). Dinning penthouse floor views fantastic. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel bikes available to use

I didn't use the pool area, It needed a quick clean to remove leaves, etc. I did travel towards the end of summer, so maybe their checks are infrequent. I would have liked a room with a bath, but all standard rooms have large showers.
