Beyond the esthetic, the customer service was excellent and the room was great to my needs,

The Valet service needs improvement, they forgot to charge me at the end of my stay and asked if I can come back to pay. I asked if they can charge my card that was used for the reservation and they said no.

Love this hotel. Wonderful staff. They offered us early check in. Great room and great bathroom with large shower. Location was great - financial district in downtown Los Angeles, very close (walking distance) to main attractions in DTLA (the Broad, MOCA, angel flights, grand market, LA Live, etc.) and the metro (however, we used lift/Uber to go everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful decorated/upgraded lounge. It doesn’t have a restaurant but they have a bar in the lounge and offers food and drinks. Staff at the bar is wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. There are grocery stores close by too.

There was no coffee maker or tea in the room.

Good room condition, easily accessible. But lots of homeless near the hotel.

No complaint about the hotel.

I was my first time in Los Angeles and my first time in the US for that matter. The pick up from Airport is worth gold, because it really takes away the fear of being scammed the second you arrive in a new country, which is something that unfortunately happens a bit too often… The staff at the counter were great from day one. - „no need to take out your card, we will deduct it from the registered card over booking.com“ For me it truly does not get any less complicated than that! 10/10! The room that we got was exactly what it said on the website. However we were shocked as to how clean the room was and also kept from the great cleaning staff. The kindness of the staff let us have a great time in LA. Showing us the way to the Metro, pointing out the Bus station and also calling a Taxi for us when needed! It truly was a great nice and elegant place to stay in the heart of LA. We are thankful as to how good it made the beginning of our trip in the USA.

The only problem that we had was, that the key for the rooms seemed to stop working a few times. This was because we had it near our phones/ cards too often. Maybe something that can be improved non the less.

The hotel itself was beautiful.The baristas were very helpful in obtaining cream for our coffee, which is very rare in the US, but everywhere in New Zealand. The room was very nice, comfy bed. Location was right in the city center.

It was very difficult to open hotel doors with luggage. There was no ramp, only stairs where the parking lot is. A button to open the doors would help. I was surprised by the $55 a day valet fee. I presume that would be an issue with the booking agency for not disclosing the fee. at the time of booking. There was a small fridge in the room, which was locked. I don’t know if we had to ask the front desk personnel to open it. The shower is visible through a glass wall from bedroom/living area. Not ideal if you are just friends.

-Very Modern Facilities -Great Location -Exceptional Staff -Extremely Clean -Secure Property We booked at the Delphi last minute after having to leave our original accomodation due to the property being dirty & feeling unsafe. We were so impressed with the Delphi and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Los Angeles. The staff were exceptional, including the restaurant staff at Delphi’s in house restaurant “Denae’s Diner”. We visited Denaes twice and our server Evan was super friendly and the food was amazing. The room felt very safe and secure which was important to us after our bad experience with our original accomodation. It was also immaculate and very modern, plenty of ammenities for us to use such as a good amount of towels, hand towels, hand soap, body wash etc. The Google Cromecast was a nice touch too. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

It was a really nice hotel and room overall.

The bathroom is divided from the bedroom by a glass wall, so it was a bit weird. Also, all towels were replaced every single day. I find this unnecessary, and would welcome a more ecological take on this. If there were any towel hangers, I'd be more than happy not to throw my towels on the floor but instead reuse them for a few days.

As a single traveler I felt safe staying here. I was worried about Hurricane Hilary but the hotel was prepared and safe. The elevator went down but the staff was there to take each guess down on the service elevator. It was up and running an hour later. I would 100% recommend this hotel to all my family and friends back in NY.

Service is good, room is relatively minimalist (like having a curtain in place of the closet door), but room is comfortable and sound proofing is great. You even get $10 credit each day for orders from the diner downstairs.

The restaurant/club across the street was obnoxiously loud past midnight. The music was coming through pretty clearly to even the higher floors of the hotel... wish the hotel had earplugs for guests when asked.
