The room was impeccably clean. Complimentary coffee and water bottles in the room.

There is a security deposit not mentioned on the listing. Parking was extra.

Our room was on the first floor and it was outstanding. Bathroom amenities, Kerurig coffee maker, Trojan bathrobes and the bed was SUPER comfortable.

The ONLY problem we encountered was since our room was on the first floor, we could hear the lobby (we presume) being vacuumed at 4 in the morning (could have been earlier) and the cleaning crew talking VERY loud. Hotel needs a door between lobby and the room hallway to keep noise from waking us up! Not cool.

A very convenient place to stay as long as one needs, comfortable and an excellent price and staff, very clean around and inside the rooms. Excellent stay.

In general, everything was perfect, except that we found some details that you have to take care of a little more. For example, in the bathtub of our bathroom we found some scratches, as a general contractor in the construction area I can advise you a little maintenance would not go amiss, so as not to neglect the facilities, other than that, everything was very good. :)

Extremely well appointed with the University of Southern California logos and emblems everywhere. Definitely feels like a hotel closely connected with USC. Alumni get discounts at the nearby eateries with USC Alumni digital ID card. McKay’s was our favorite! Right across the street from the McCarthy gate, it’s very convenient to walk to campus. Parking is right behind the hotel in a patrolled, well lit garage. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Very minor observation which didn’t diminish our experience at all. In the double room, there are not a lot of outlets to plug in electronics so bring a charging hub.

This hotel was amazing and I give it 10 out 10 but I am only writing this because it’s the only one this t I noticed during my stay. I wish that the rooms has a little nicer mattresses for the beds, that is only my own opinion and it wasn’t that bad but If I must write something in this section I’ll just state that this and it’s completely my own opinion. I do believe this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at and I do travel quite often. I have stayed in some whoppers in Los Angles and the USC hotel is definitely not one of the them. Friendly staff, great location, very clean rooms, this place has it all!!

The proximity to USC and the arena my daughter had volleyball camp at, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Starbucks and other quick eat locations are on the same block so that was an added bonus too. Love the water bottles we got each day with new fresh towels, gym was small but had everything needed and then some, pool area was nice with plenty of seats and towels.

The elevators were finicky and I seemed to go where it wanted to go; the lobby and hallways seemed stuffy but that could be because I liked having our room cool.

Overall the room was lovely; very clean and spacious for my traveling needs. There was a little bit of a city view, which I was not expecting. The bed was perfectly firm, it was hard to get up in the morning. I also enjoyed the USC robes, which were comfy and fun. Lots of desk and counter space for food and personal items. The housekeeping staff was very attentive.

The bathroom space was very small. The toilet was very low and the tub, which was obviously renovated with a "bath fitter-like" overlay, was super high and it was very difficult to get in and out. There was a bar to help with getting in and out, but it was a little concerning for someone with balance and mobility issues.

Location was good. Easy access to freeways and side streets to Stadium etc. Room was quiet and clean

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Windows were dirty. Look like slight mold around trip in bathroom and on wallpaper (not sure why wallpaper is still installed in bathroom). Bathroom could have a little more room. Issue with coffee maker not working (but they did bring up a new one) Zip Check-Out on TV did not work and we did have an issue with our key the 2nd day not working.

Location is great, room was very good. Very confortable bed. Good shower. Pizzeria is right next door. AC working well, water bottles available and coffee machine. That's a really good hotel for the money.

Phone in the room was not working. Breakfast is something you have to order with a door tag, I found a bit unconventional. Hotel is a bit old, 2000's vibe. Parking is in the back of the hotel. Once you checkout and have no keys anymore, you will have to make your way in the parking thru the car entrance.
