Room size was good and staff was friendly. Special shout out to housekeeping cleaning ladies - they work hard and do it with a smile for little money. Breakfast: It’s great that it’s included but can be improved. Eg: especially on weekend 2 days in a row was the same waffle flavor ( banana nut and plain ) ..Hampton Inn I have stayed at make it interesting and 0ffer delicious free different toppings like sprinkles/ whipped cream / various syrup flavors..Also the selection of ‘HOT’ items was poor with NO options for non pork eaters ..How about some chicken option once in a while . We stayed for 6 nights and it was either pork links / sausages or Ham all days with eggs

Breakfast was awesome with the waffles and sausages! We even saw flamingos in the lake behind the pool in the morning. Super cool! Hit the minimal gym, and all was in working order. Gym towels, water, tv, bike, equipment, etc, all was up to par! It has a nice little store down by the reception area in case you get the late-night munchies. Lemon-infused water available during the day. The property seemed newer than it looked compared to the pics online. There's a Publix, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreen's, amazing liquor store, etc, all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Plenty of parking, with a well-lit parking lot. It feels like a very safe and peaceful area in general.

If I was going to be particular, it might help to have instructions on how to get the TV in the gym to work. That said, we were able to figure it out. All was great!

Great location 15 mins from the beach. Very quiet. Beds were a bit solid but not too bad overall for our 3 night stay. 24 hr coffee is nice. Pool looked clean but we never got in it. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. I was hoping for biscuits and gravy and only got eggs and sausage. Saturday was potatoes, Sunday was peaches, and Monday was grits. There was bread and English muffins but no cream cheese, only jam. But there was a waffle maker. It worked out but was a bit of a let down like I said.

The price and location! The free breakfast! The place looked and smelled clean! Pool and Hot-tub were relaxing! The staff were so helpful and kind!

The bed was extra firm! The hallway door is very thin you heard everything going on in the hallway! There were quite a few Bums hanging out by south side exit! I understand that the noise and bums aren't something Comfort inn can control! But they should be aware of it especially when a large dog was barking at 10:30pm and a lady was screaming to shut the dog up! I didn't even know it was a dog friendly hotel! I guess it says pet's allowed with certain conditions on the website!

The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, stayed in a couple room types and all were great. Better than anything else for the price especially. The king with jacuzzi tub was the best because of the expansive space & view from wall of windows. Highly recommend this property. Also to be noted my stay was immediately after Hurricane Ian and without phones, internet on or cable the staff was obviously busy but remained calm and collected. Thankful that they were even open and were so prompt and professional about everything.

The washing machine was out of service for at least 2 weeks as someone jammed quarters in it. The service man came out to fix it but didn’t have right tools to do the job. Comfort suites needs to get rid of this service company and buy their own washers and dryers.

I was very dissatisfied with that. it took me all the way up toward university parkway on honore, when in fact the actual location was off of Clark road!!! please correct that before it causes others big problems!

Everything was fresh and excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and a great assortment of goodies. I was glad I was there 2 days so I can have more .

The place was extremely clean and all the workers were very friendly and courteous. They did supply everything we needed in the bathroom.

The first room some of the light switches didn’t work. Also one of the beds had an indentation in the middle of the bed so when you went to lay or sleep on the bed your body went down because the springs were dead or the mattress was worn down. The second room the safe deposit box battery was dead we told the front desk the first day but was never fixed.
