Your check-in process was nice and easy, the location to the beach was exceptional, we enjoyed visiting the village and really loved Ophelias! The unit was perfect - clean and plenty of room. The kitchenette was very useful as well as having two bathrooms. Providing beach chairs and wagon was PERFECT! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our stay a true pleasure!

The only negative was the guests that arrived on Saturday 8th in unit 5 - - they were extremely loud - - music and yelling until 10:00 pm. We asked them nicely several times to be considerate of the other families in the complex. It appeared they were hosting extended family at the pool and were very rude and inconsiderate. But other than some rude neighbors on our last night the stay was fabulous!

Location was perfect. The beach was so close access to stores and restaurants was easy and close having the trolley and the Frog Hop was most helpful. The room decor was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and modern. The kitchenette was very nice as well the wagon that’s left for you with a cooler and chairs access to the ice machine was perfect for the beach. staff was most helpful. Have to give a shout out to Jenna, who was wonderful. also, the swimming pool was lovely and the surrounding palm trees and vegetation not only provided privacy for your own little patio, but was very beautiful.

there was nothing we didn’t like.

Location was close to public beach access and also close to restaurants & shopping. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen even though we did not stay long enough to utilize it. The AC kept the room nice and cool. We had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries was nice since I forgot my shower gel.

The shower door was all glass and the rubber water shield strip that is supposed to run along the door edge was gone so quite a bit of water leaked onto the floor.

Loved that it was so close to the beach, and it was quiet and walking distance to a few resturants. We did have to drive to the village but it wasn't a big deal, it was only about 10 minutes away. All and all, I thought it was a very nice place to stay.

The only complaint I have was that our air conditioning was definitely not blowing cold air, no matter what temperature you set it on. We had to keep the ceiling fan on full blast the entire time and the air conditioner never kicked off. And vending machines would be a good idea to have since the stores for bottle waters/snack if you didn't bring stuff are a good 10 minute walk.

I loved that the check in and check out process was easy. The staff was not on location but they stopped by to ask if we needed anything. We were fully stocked with everything we needed and I can't wait to go back. It was surprisingly quiet and it was just what I needed before I started my training for my new position at work.

I didn't like that I didn't reserve an additional day because the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. I could have cooked while I was there. I didn't realize this was included until I got there.

Quiet property close to the beach. Pool was never busy. Beach wagon, chairs, and cooler were all provided which was a bonus! Janna is great if you need any help at all. Room was spotless when we arrived.

Walls are very thin - did not have any issues with other rooms that shared a wall to our unit, but the back of our unit backed onto a property who were very loud until early hours of the morning making it very difficult to sleep. Nothing Twin Palms had control over, just an annoyance during our stay.

We loved our stay at Twin Palms at Siesta. The room was perfect for my husband and I. The location was great and close enough to walk to several restaurants. The room was clean and we appreciated all of the extras that were provided….toiletries, beach towels, wagon, and beach chairs. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was supplied with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The bed was very comfortable! It’s about a 5 min stroll to a beautiful beach. We look forward to returning next year!

Wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless with a full kitchen. They had a beach cart outside with beach chairs and an umbrella. (So convenient, nice touch.) 3 minute walk to beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The only negative was that you had to sit on the bed to watch tv and unfortunately, the beach was dirty and smelled horrible.

The size of the room, bathroom, shower, bed, the little snacks on the kitchen counter. Everything was clean, nice surrounding area, and there was a pleasant scent as soon as my wife and I walked in. A good scent! :D

Maybe it was just the angle of the shower head, but there was some water that spilled out from the shower onto the floor of the bathroom. Nothing crazy, we just used one of the extra towels to soak it up.

Spacious accommodation. Very clean with modern and updated decor. Huge comfortable bed. Loved the extra touches of private patio space with furniture and supplies for the beach. Lovely clean and warm pool was a bonus. Location perfect at the quieter end of the key but 5 minutes from the beach access and good restaurants.

Refrigerator was a little noisy at night in the studio but wouldn’t stop us staying again.
