The front desk staff--Donovan and Colleen--were incredibly courteous and exceptionally sensitive to our family when we arrived in the middle of the night with an emergency at WSU Veterinary Training Hospital, as well as the morning when we learned our dog didn't survive. Donovan even proactively offered a vet discount for WSU patient families and waived the pet fee for us. At breakfast, the two staff members who were organizing the breakfast were courteous and helpful in assisting me with a tray to take back to our room, since we couldn't leave our 2nd dog unattended to eat in the dining area. Would highly recommend this property to everyone traveling in the Moscow/Pullman region.

This place isn't a 5 star hotel but seriously underrated. It is cleaner than any place I've been. I mean spotless. Although it may be a little dated, everything is kept in amazing repair. The layout with the courtyard in the center makes getting to the pool, restaurant, outside, a breeze. Because the walls are cement brick (I think) it is exceptionally quiet! Even with a boys baseball team starting near us we heard nothing! The pool room is lovely with wood, skylights, tables, and chairs. And it is HUGE. Not some small brightly lit austere addition like most places. The room is perfect size and has everything you need unlike many new places with the bare minimum stuffed into a tiny spot. Right between Moscow and Pullman it is a great location to explore both towns and there's a strip mall within walking distance. The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating, taking requests with a smile and honestly pleasant.

The showers could be updated as well as the restaurant menu, but honestly I can't think of much to dislike!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our three-week 7500-mile road trip across the continent. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the onsite restaurant was first-rate - we had a very nice dinner there. The icing on the cake was the complementary breakfast, which was the best of any hotel on our trip.

I can't think of anything negative to write about this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was ridiculously good, and had a ton of options (The potatoes O'Brien were so tasty). The staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly. The pool was really nice, the hot tub was wonderful, and there was a sauna, too! The room was spacious and comfortable, had all of the amenities I wanted (mini fridge, good tv options, extra blankets, lots of device plugs, good heater and AC, etc.). Check-in and check-out were easy. All in all, a great stay.

My bad for not making sure the bathtub was accessible for my elderly mother. Last time I stayed upon check-in I was moved from my reserved pool-side room to the back of the building. My little dog was kenneled and never stayed behind in the room when I left the building. We did have to listed to the dog next door howl most of the day and night when we were in the room and another dog down the hallway howled a large part of the night. Fast forward a couple of weeks to this weeks stay and there were two poolside rooms that had dogs staying in them, you could clearly hear them barking in the rooms from the hallway. Has there been a change to your no dogs in the poolside rooms policy in the last few weeks?

LOVED the pool side room & BREAKFAST!! wowwwww!! very impressive! the breakfast buffet was over the top amazing! the room was plain with low ceilings… a little dark, the remote had no batteries…& when on a business call - no pen or paper to be found!!? But overall, a great location & id probably stay here again.

By the time we made it to the hotel (from our travels)… we only got 15-20 minutes in the hot tub… & then found out IT WASNT WORKING??!! The pool was freezing…& it’s technically outdoors, so that wasn’t an option. paying extra for a “pool room” that didn’t have a working jacuzzi and/or a freezing pool.. WAS SUPER UNCOOL. We should be comped a room for that nonsense!

Love staying here! The rooms are comfy & the breakfast is always very good with a lot of choice!

I don't appreciate how high the cost to stay can be at certain times of year or when certain things are going on in area!

The breakfast is great...lots of choice...both hot & cold! Nice location when doing things with college student! Have stayed here many times and am sure I will again!

I don't like how much I had to pay to stay because it was move in weekend at the college.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Excellent breakfast options with a friendly and helpful staff. The desk manager and staff went above and beyond to meet a couple of special requests. When we requested extra toilet paper and Kleenex, it arrived promptly outside our door. Kudos to whoever sets the service standards and tone!

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet and a good location. Staff helped us park our vehicle with bikes on it in a safe location. Ice was provided readily.

The restaurant in the hotel was open, but when I checked on line it said it closed at 5PM every day. We would have really liked to eat there as we were very tired from travel and didn't want to leave the property that evening.
