The front desk lady named Jennifer was excellent. She was very patient with me and my group knowing it was a lot of us. It was my wedding weekend and I had my wedding party with me. Jennifer was patient and kind. And throughout the day when she saw us, she always spoke and always had a smile on her face. Jennifer displayed great customer service.

I didn't like that I was getting charged a deposit the day of checking in. I booked the rooms online a month ago and I don't recall reading about a $50 deposit the day of checking in. Also online, it starts breakfast and pools. I received a call the day of checking in that there will be no breakfast and pool is closed. 1 of the reasons for choosing this hotel is for the breakfast and pool. Also, I had 4 king rooms, 2 rooms were the same price and size, the other 2 was larger rooms, identical to each other, but different prices. I don't understand why.

The hotel was very close to location that we needed to be and the staff was very nice while we were there the facilities were very clean and we had all the amenities that we needed when we ask

The fact that we had to wait weeks and weeks after we checked out for them to refund our deposit. We finally started making calls and they said that it was our bank's fault because I said that it was never sent back to the bank and within 5 minutes of me calling after nearly a month it mysteriously was pending so they don't need to hold withhold people's deposits from them sending it back that's not cool

I like how convienent it was to check in. No issues, and no extra charges. The place is what it looks like. It has an indoor pool too! The bed was super comfy. The room we got was spacious enough room for my dog too.

You get what you pay for. Although the rooms need a little more loving, its not terrible like other hotels in the same price range. Definitely not perfect and pristine, but gets the job done without sanitary worries.

Third floor this is a very comfortable place to stay!!! We used to pick our daughter up and drop her off here for school in Indy they will come drop the students off as long as the parents were here to pick them up!! So yes it was a nice place and a very nice location 😊

The fact that they didn't have breakfast,but other than that it was cool!!!

Everything was as expected except for the smell of the room. The room had an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be men's cologne. Good thing I don't have a jealous husband. : ). I would definitely stay again

The location was great close to the mall and restaurants. It was nice and quiet. The price was right and it was private. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night sleep.

I didn't like the fact that the carpet was damp by the bed. It was as if something was leaking from somewhere which made the room smell funny. The hotel is a little dated. I had the room with the jacuzzi tub but I didn't use it.

I got the presidential suite for my birthday. It was very spacious and very clean. The reception was amazing with check in and patient.

My stay was petty good this time around. I have stayed at the hotel 3 other times and 2 of which the pool was not in use so that was a drag. My most recent stay the pool was up and running so good job on that!

When I checked into the hotel the clerk was extremely nice. The room was okay.

The hotel didn't serve breakfast but advertised on the website that it did, free breakfast was one of my requirements for choosing a hotel. When i first entered my room someone had used the toilet and didn't flush so that was an unwelcomed surprise. The room didn't smell fresh.

The location was right off the expressway so it was convenient. It was close to a restaurants and gas stations. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. It was not a bad stay for what you pay.

The pool was closed for hours my last night so that was disappointing. The bathroom had a mild mildew smell.

The staff were excellent. Very nice. Answered all questions and were very helpful. They fufilled our every request with no problems. The pool area was nice. The room and bathroom were clean. Hpusekeeping made sure we had plenty of towels and soap. The staff really made the stay above average.

The closet door was broken. The bathroom door also wouldn't stay locked. There was a piece missing from the frame and would open if you pushed on it, even when locked. The screen on the window was broken and the second floor smelled like marijuana every night. Also the breakfast consists of a small prepackaged blueberry muffin and a bottle of water. No other options.
