The Staff - by far - were absolutely amazing. Having worked for 4-5* Hilton/Waldorf Astoria, Palmilla/One&OnlyFour Seasons … when I hear staff members singing happy songs, construction crews quietly working into their 18th hour. Management/Ownership must be amazing to have hired such amazing staff. I am supremely impressed and would welcome another stay next time in NWI.

construction is what it is, but staff and contractors made it feel like they wasn’t there, and were most sweet and accommodating. best stay ever.

I Liked the facility. The room was lovely and I especially liked the lovely bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly.

The insulation in the walls was so poor that I could hear every word and every movement made by the family next door. Plus there were scads of children running up and down the hallway for over 45 minutes at 11:45 at night. That was very stressful for me because I was exhausted and needed to get up very early.. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work.

Beds were very comfortable and room was large.Hotel was quiet even though there were renovation activities going on.

I requested a King room with downstairs access. They booked us into upstairs. When I told them that would not be possible because there isn't an elevator and I can't do stairs, they finally gave us a room downstairs with two queen beds. They didn't charge us more. The hotel sits back from the road behind McDonald's. So the driveway to enter can be easily missed. They need a good sized sign on the highway.

Since I stayed here last time, some upgrades have been made that have definitely been an improvement. It is much cleaner than the last time I stayed there two years ago.

People smoke outside the door and that gets into the hallways and rooms. People leave the side doors propped open which isn't safe. The breakfast buffet is limited. They should add fruit and yogurt.

Very clean and modern facility, just a mile from a reunion I was attending. Breakfast was excellent: ample hot and high protein foods available, and the rest of the foods were good.

I parked to the side of the hotel, closer to my room. The lot there was littered with garbage. I don't know if this was hotel property, but it was unsightly.

I loved how the staff greeted us when we arrived. They were very helpful if there was anything that I needed. Breakfast was very good. And the location was right in the area of every place that we had to travel to

The bed was a little bit too hard. And the toilet was too low.

The staff was nice and the room was clean

There were no wash clothes in the room had to go to the front desk and get them, no extra toilet paper in the room. Only 1 coffee bag, 2 packs of sugar no Creamer and both of us drink coffee. We had to keep going to the lobby to get coffee.

I requested a room on the first floor due to a bad back. Even though they were remodeling those rooms, they kept one available to suit my needs!

We had breakfast early before heading out for the day. Some items on the breakfast were still cold and choices were limited. While much of this is still due to the COVID scare, I think it's time to get back to normal.

The staff went above and beyond Suoer courteous genuinely kind. , I’ll gladly stay here again. very peaceful, quiet and Well maintained. i was extremely joyful they have an outstanding copy of the bagavadgita alongside of the Bible. I was impressed.

Certain staff was really good someone was okay I like the location of the hotel I like the continental breakfast

It seemed like it was a lot of construction going on it was under remodeling so besides that I had a good experience hopefully when we come back the renovations will be complete
