It was super close to the music venue for the Whiskey Myers show.. the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby.

The excessive prices, the dark haired pit boss at the tables, the beach Cafe. I get that a lot of drinks are comped but $10 a bottle after tip is a little excessive, the dark haired pit boss, she looked like she was angry and ready to blow, her energy just brought loss on the table for me, but hey, it happens. I REALLY wish we would have went to El barracha, but we ended up at the beach comber...the food was just gross.

It was a wonderful stay loved the room got upgraded only issue I had was the cleaning lady was cleaning the elevator which wasn't the issue so I was waiting till she was done cause none of the other elevators were working since she was cleaning that one. my issue is u been seeing me stand here now going on ten minutes n I ask if you were done not to get in the elevator you are cleaning but for her to move out of the way cause she was done so I can push the button n the others would work but she decided to just blatantly just ighnore me other then that my stay was so wonderful I would go back

After 3 days of staying at River Lodge next door. I realized how much I missed Harrahs. bed was comfortable restaurants were good. River Lodge had no restaurants. And we had blood on our sheets when we arrived at River Lodge. Harrah's was a breath of fresh air we hadn't been there in 3 years and it made me realize what we missed. It's so much more modern and comfortable.

I liked everything. I wish the guy fieri restaurant was open on Wednesday but other than that including the boat parking and casino and everything was nice.

We like the Air Conditioning inside the Hotel, Elevators , hall way leading to our rooms and our room as well. The air conditioning was excellent, almost cold! we appreciated this since it was 112 degrees outside. We loved the Beach access. The Arcade was pricey but fun for kids!!

I didn't like the long check in line, but it moved pretty quickly. We also disliked not being able to bring coolers with beer to the beach. Most of the restaurants don't open until after 5pm.

Upon arrival we asked about an upgraded room and were given the south tower room which we were told had just been remodeled. Upon entering the room we did not feel it had recently been remodeled so we went back down and were given our original room choice, which we were very satisfied with. Later during our stay we received a call stating our room was needing to have some maintenance on so we were moved to a suite on the 18th floor and were much appreciative.

Hotel location is great.

THE ROOM WE STAYED A ((CENTRAL TOWER)IT SMELLED REALLY BAD. IT WAS AS IF DEAD , ROTTING FISH HAD MOVED IN. YOU COULD SMELL THE BAD ODOR THE MINUTE YOU WALKED INTO THE ROOM. I MENTIONED IT TO THE STAFF AT CHECK OUT.Also they no longer have a buffet. My husband and I have visited Laughin many times prior to Covid and enjoyed their buffet a great deal. We would love to see it come back.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Beds were comfortable; However, pillows needed a little more fluff. Kudos to the housekeeper who was assigned to our room.

We did encounter two issues. Our bathroom sink was clogged on our first night and was repaired when we stepped away. I had a bad experience at the Starbucks on property. The gal at the register overcharged me and when it was brought to her attention she became very aggressive & rude. I waited for the manager to return and got refunded. Never again will I give this coffee shop any business.

clean rooms quiet a little worn but over all a nice place to stay lots of boat people but NOT a lot of partying

stayed 2 nights first night at a different room came in late and the only place to eat was Smash burger OK but not my first choice after driving 7 hours second night was coming back though nice room shower had a single glass pane widow and the water pressure was too high water was everywhere in the bathroom including the towels

Loved that it had the little beach area, the arcade & the rooms were so fresh with the air conditioning

The lines to get into the elevator, the wait for the elevator, the ice machine running out and having to go to every different floor for ice. But i’m pretty sure that it’s because it was labor day weekend but still there was only one area for elevators so that was hard.

They gave me a refrigerator which was very nice to keep my drinks cold. I liked it when the maid came and changed out the towels almost every day. The Valet employees were very kind and nice because I did not have any cash on me and they helped me bring my luggage up to the room.

Not enough restaurants or smaller and healthier meal options. I didn’t like the girl that checked me in she was snooty and young. I had never stayed there before and she never explained to me about the room numbers because they were actually five digit numbers but the Envelope she gave me only listed two digits they have a system with the tower number the floor and the room number together makes five digits. Not enough close enough parking spots to load up when you leave and have to haul your luggage to the parking garage.
