It had everything you need as far as dining and lots of entertainment, the rooms very spacious clean and comfortable.

The only issues were that we were told to speak English and that this was her country inside the casino by a lady that was gambling, as we walked past her, not good!! Also, my parents room could not dial out to anyone, front desk, housekeeping or anything, and they did not have a Housekeeping sign for the door, I called from my room each time for them and the first day I asked for only towels and the never brought them up, kind of frustrating.

This is a large facility and the check-in desk was a long ways from parking garage (note this contrasted with the positive of the short walk from the room in leaving the hotel at checkout). Tried to use the auto wake up feature but the phone system would not accept the room number (obvious internal programming error)

The room was spacious and clean. The temperature in the room was great for sleeping. The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub with a shower. Love that you had the option of black out blinds or just closing the shutters. The night light in the bathroom was a nice added touch to the room.

The bedding was in terrible shape, needs to be replaced with new sheets and pillows. The table and two chairs were greatly appreciated but a nice comfortable lounge chair would be nice to relax in to read a book or watch TV. There was plenty of room for that lounge chair as the corner by the bed was empty.

I liked the effectiveness on the response for room service. Any issues that we came across was addressed effectively. The room was good overall. The pool had times for adults and kids which was great.

I wished there was more amenities in the room such as microwave and especially a mini fridge. The heat is very hot during summer and the mini fridge would be great. I also didn’t like that the key cards were very sensitive and had to be changed a few times.

The room was nice. The casino staff was all friendly and attentive. I regularly received drinks and never had to wait more than a few minutes.

The Bell staff literally walked away and started to smoke cigarettes and joke around as I walked up. I was using a cane from a recent knee surgery and very obviously struggled with my bags. Then I waited ti check in. They staff was slow and not friendly. When they gave me my room they didn’t ask if I needed help with my bags and didn’t seem to care they put me in the furthest away room. When I left, I had the same slow experience checking out and the Bell staff again never even acknowledged me. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The bartender Scott was super personable and fun and the other bartender Jose-I think sorry if I'm wrong was very knowledgeable and knew alot about the history of Laughlin. We had a great 33 wedding anniversary

That I didn't hit a jackpot, hahah just kidding. Nothing big just that I had a smoking room but no ashtrays. It was cold out and there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet. The heater was loud so I couldn't keep it on long or I'd wake up my husband. And the big thing that irritated us was that the ice machine was broke on our floor and were told to use the ice machine on the 3rd floor. We checked the 3rd and 4th floor both broke so I went to the 24th floor and yay got ice. So nothing big I'd stay again.

Our second time at the Tropicana and we'll be back again. Beds are comfortable, rooms good sized, good value, great location. Staff is friendly overall great place to stay. I'd recommend to anyone who's looking for a hotel in Laughlin to rest your head. no need to drive if you don't mind walking or taking uber to avoid drinking and driving.

Casino is a smoking casino which at times got overwhelming and i had to move machines, but our room did not smell of smoke so was thankful. My husband was not bothered by the smoke.

Everything met expectations and more. Very impressed with Tropicana Laughlin Hotel. Parking was convenient, food sources were immediately available, casino floor had lots of machines to choose from, pool area was available, hotel was peaceful and relaxing, staff were professional and engaged with their work. Very impressive.

The ice machine was inoperable on room floor and found to be inoperable on other floors as well.

The room was nice and clean. Did not get a chance to get to the pool was windy out that day. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean. the bathroom floor was free of hair.

The deli down stairs in stead of getting me honey bbq wings they gave me hot wing didnt feel like walking back down there to tell them I just went ahead and eat the hot wings.

I really liked the sub sandwich place to eat ,it was exceptional. I also liked the way the room was clean and already cooled off when I arrived. Your bellhops are exception people. Never once did they leave me waiting on them. My belongings stayed with me at all times , from my vehicle all the way to my room. And they did not try to rush me at all . They were trained very well.

I did not like the fact of the adults only receiving 1hour in the pool after all the children had already been in it all day and at 8pm the water was so cloudy and had way to much chlorine in it. Also the front desk was very rude when I asked about renting an electric scooter, she was absolutely no help. It was the girl with the black eye on her left side. She really should be retrained on her customer service skills and the appropriate way to speak to your guests. And not flirt with the men right at the front counter .
