Nice hotel in a quiet area - excellent if you come to the area by car. The bed was very comfortable, soundproofing very good, and the room was clean and tidy. Overall, a good experience, would stay again.

The take-away breakfast consisted of only sugary foods - muffins, yoghurt, orange. It would be great to include something savory - e.g. eggs, omlette, toasts or similar. Not a surprise, but unless you have a car, there was not much to do in the area within the walking distance.

Elevators weren't working, which caused us to use stairs with luggage and pet, which was a problem for my older wife with bad knees (we had requested a ground floor room for this reason.) Breakfast was bare bones, perhaps a leftover effect of Covid precautions? A little hard to find.

It was a mix up with the rooms. they gave me a 2 bed and I booked a 1 bed, but they was very understanding and help me out. the room was comfortable and super clean. Great services.

The room had a ac unit in the front room like the living room but the air did not reach the room where the bed was. also the vents where close and they was super hard to open. so i had to leave the air on high so it could reach the bed. but over all it was comfortable and cozy.

It was convenient- clean- just needs to be updated. We travel with a trailer and box truck for work and the parking was a key factor

Small & intimate - 99 suites, cozy but updated kitchen & bath have granite. Sheets are soft, pillows are excellent. Super clean everywhere, even behind the nightstand which I had to pull out to retrieve something. Halls & common areas are pleasing and clean. Staff and owners are accommodating and very kind. Owner even quickly jumped my car at 8pm! I have stayed in all suite hotels many times over the years, so I can sincerely say I have lots of experience. I will always stay here when in the area!!

Laundry needs some sort of rack to hold the clothes we put on hangers while folding others. (also wish washer and dryer loads were $2-2.50 instead of $3 each)

the elevator was not working, they’ve up dated some of the things like granite counters but put on OLD bases in kitchens and bathrooms… bases were not done well and make all rooms look OLD. Smells???
