Did not eat breakfast! I was given 2 adults rewards for breakfast, but didn't use. My room was very clean, but needed more wash cloths. 2 adults and 2 children in my party. One front desk staffer saved the day for me! If it wasn’t for her kindness, my family would have been uncomfortable for the night. She upgraded my room and gave me the breakfast rewards. The other front desk attendant was not flexible, maybe she was new. I was traveling with 2 children and it was very late.

Breakfast was not included!Breakfast was a cost, advertise as breakfast included, but breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. I booked this hotel online, but as I arrived she said that they had no room for me with 2 beds. It was the kindness of another front desk staffer that upgraded me as it was very late and I was traveling with 2 young children. The advertisement was false and misleading. I booked and paid with my credit card and there was no 2 bed room available. Disappointed with the whole process, if no rooms were available, it should have been removed from the online availability list. The barn door to the bathroom was not practical, couldn't close bathroom door completely for privacy.

location, the lobby is very nice and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Facility looks relatively new

The furniture in the room was cheaply built. Although it was relatively new the dresser drawers were almost inoperable coming off the track really easily. The bathroom door was a neat design but would come off the track easily also. While the website doesn’t say they have free breakfast they kind of mislead you by listing free to go boxes in the restaurant as one of the amenities. Also when checking in they are sure to remind you what time breakfast is served and where, which makes you think it’s part of the deal. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was great but not free.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the fact soft and firm was on the pillowcases was most helpful. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were provided and were name brand. But the paper products, like toilet paper and kleenex, were the cheapest they could get. I have found softer in a truckstop. This is the only complaint about my stay.

Found the room to have 2 Ibuprofen tablets on the floor. One under or near the dresser near TV and the other around the bed and up against the wall with a couple other food items, one of which about 3/4" square. These items were big enough to see well and was very surprised to find them. Didn't necessarily bother me but did make me wonder if other more important areas were cleaned well. We don't like everything disinfected either, but do like them to be cleaned with mild soap or cleaner!

Location was great, very close to freeway, easy to find. Laundry in house as well as bar/restaurant in the lobby. Awesome outdoor patio area! All employees I spoke with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lulu was an awesome waitress in the restaurant!! We will stay here again no doubt!!!

Everything was amazing. We enjoyed our stay! Definitely will go back.

The man on duty at 130 am when we checked in. He was not very curteous. He was asked several times to speak up please becsuse we couldnt hear him. He was juat not very friendly. However everyone else that we encountered was wonderful!! Maybe he was just having a bad night.

Extremely tasteful and clean. Friendly stay. Easy checking and checkout. Love the popcorn and cookie touch.

The toilet paper! For such a nice hotel, they definitely need to upgrade their toilet paper. It’s like sandpaper. 😩

This is my go to hotel when i visit family. The rooms are clean, pool is warm, and staff is always going above and beyond.

I Hate the bathroom sliding door. It won't be long until it comes off tract. and if you need a little night light, the panels don't allow it release a little light; it's all or nothing

I would have enjoyed more selections for breakfast compaired to other Holiday inns we have stayed at...which is a lot of them the selection was not as much as the others

We were thrilled to find such a wonderful place to stay overnight on our drives. We will make this our regular stopover. Every single person we encountered was so polite and helpful. The room and facilities were fabulous.
