The first thing I liked was how welcomed I felt when the friendly staff member greeted us.She was always helpful when I had questions and also made the checking in and out easy.I really wish that I remembered her name. I just remembered that she's a Ravenclaw, so 50 points to Ravenclaw. 🐦‍⬛ The second thing was that I liked the selection for breakfast. Every item I ate was delicious. And there was always a staff member nearby that kept the stations cleaned and well stock. Thank you, and keep up the good work. Besides that, the parking was free and never had a issue finding a spot. The location was very convenient to restaurants and not far from Little Elm park. Rooms were spacious and would come here again.

Beds were more on the firmer side, but the pillows made it somewhat better. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. The elevators would creak loudly, and on one of the trips, I almost thought it got stuck.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay for several reasons. Firstly, the convenience of having a variety of food choices in the vicinity was a major plus. The overall ambiance of the hotel was delightful, and it was clearly designed to be family-friendly. Additionally, everything I needed was within walking distance, making my three-day stay both enjoyable and affordable. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to check in a hour maybe and hour and a half before my scheduled time.

However, there was one incident that left me with some reservations. The day before my check-out, a power outage occurred, which had an unintended consequence. It allowed someone with newly issued keys to access my hotel room while I was dressing. Naturally, I found this intrusion quite unsettling. After contacting the staff, they promptly apologized and promised a 50% discount on my first night, though I have yet to see that adjustment. The security lapse due to the power outage was a significant concern.

Breakfast was great-good variety, hot eggs/bacon or sausage, breads, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. Check in staff lady was very personable! We requested a room on back side so we didn’t have freeway noise and it was quiet. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows.

Pool and hot tub could be updated and cleaner

The location is close to family and is easily accessible. We enjoy having the double room as our granddaughter loves to sleep over too.

I under stand the price per night is it probably comparable to the area. I think over 230.00 for a one night stay is really unreasonable. I’m traveling next week , same hotel in another location it’s 130.00 per night . 100.00 difference is a lot !

I didn't have high expectations, honestly. This place was so cute and surprisingly nice! The breakfast option has a late start, but it was good. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. It was good value for the money though.

The key cards were easily deactivated. This might be an issue with all hotels these days though. It's right off the highway and gets a lot of traffic noise.

We had to extend our stay due to the icy weather and family funeral. The staff Gaby, Phil and Chris went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were quite helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of choices and the room was used as a family gathering spot each evening. The bed was comfortable. The room was roomy and clean. It was our home away from home for 10 days.

The hotel could use a deep clean of carpet areas by pool and high traffic areas.

I didn’t have any breakfast during my accommodation.

I hope that the pool time could be longer or later than the 10 pm, because we returned late to the suite, so we couldn’t enjoy the Jacuzzi.

The staff and facilities are excellent. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I would most definitely book another stay.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The rooms and hot Breakfast

The evening receptionist was very rude. The rooms was not ready at check in time and when asked how long for the wait, she became rude and walked off. When she returned it was basically to change shifts and clock out. The next shift receptionist was very polite throughout my stay no complaints, she was awesome, and responded to everything I needed. 5stars for her.

Room size and typical breakfast.

Some people fill bags with breakfast items, taking space in the station for a long time, and no one from the staff can stop them. It was not a good site to watch.
