Our first time at a Tru by Hilton and was just expecting a decent stay with free breakfast, free parking and free internet however the facility turned our to be very pleasant, impeccably clean with great professional staff ready to help you out with your questions (no place for them to hide unlike other hotels where they disappear for long). The lobby is very comfy and inviting to sit in with family for food, play pool, gather around or just make some private calls away from the room. We ordered in from nearby restaurants and they let you microwave and eat it right there. There are a lot of snacks available in the lobby to buy for family. Also the room dint have lot of fake frills like the defunct coffeemaker or microwave etc instead it had a mini fridge and shower with great bath and cleaning essentials which were always filled up. I even went for walks around the hotel after the morning breakfast and had a lovely downtime while my family slept in. We took our kid in the kids pool and we loved it for the value we provided. My kid and myself enjoyed the eggs, cereal, juices and cupcakes.

I wish there were some decent restaurants close by which we could walk to, but I wouldn't complain much as we could order in. The breakfast could have hasbrowns, baked potatoes or veggie rolls for vegetarians. The bread options or bagels were pretty dry to touch so I dint even try it. Also dint venture into pancakes or waffles whichever it was. Also lights in the room were sometimes erratic. Bedsheets could be more comfortable.

I want to say how grateful we are for this experience. I believe his name was Mo. He went above and beyond and accommodated us. we had booked another hotel and went to check in and they did not have our room so we came to tru as a last resort. My husband is handicapped and has one leg and they did not have a queen AdA room available, he gave us a king and was so kind and helped us so very much. I was in tears and sad when I came to check in, and the way he took care of us… I will always look for Tru as an option to stay. thank you

The breakfast was good. The employee working Friday and Saturday night and Sunday morning was very personable and efficient. He interacted with our group in a very positive way.

The lack of tv in the room and not even notified there would not be one was not good. When we got to our room and found no tv, we asked about it and was told the hotel was booked and they couldn't move us. No sympathy, no apology.

I checked in very late at night, but the staff was still very upbeat and lively. They answered all my questions about the area, and even gave me a few suggestions for late night dinner/drinks. The size of the room perfect for my stay; I loved the modern upgrades. The breakfast was also a great start before heading out to work! I did not taste like one of those warmed up in the back breakfast, but was well seasoned and hot. I look forward to staying here every time I'm in town.

If I had to find something, the shower gel bottle was hard to squeeze.

The staff was amazing. It was during an ice storm and we had to stay an extra night. There was a soccer league game in town and kids were everywhere and the staff were Tripping over themselves trying to make things as great as possible for all guests! It was nice and clean and very well kept!

There is a bunch of noise in the rooms but the place was filled with teenagers, so it was understandable. I do feel like the rooms could be a little more sound proof.

Location and Price at this site are awesome, building is very new plus free breakfast if you want it lots to do and eat locally have stayed ay this location 3 times and will go back again

Front Desk staff look like they just turn up to work and that's it

Front desk gentleman was very pleasant. Check in was easy. Our tv didn’t work so called down to front desk and within 5 minutes someone came up to fix it. Free breakfast was pretty basic, but good. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Overall, we’d stay again.

Great location, outdoor pool, clean inside

More seating in pool area would be nice, lots of cigarettes all over and in pool, no waffle maker for breakfast, bed frames and size of room

All the staff are extremely nice. They went out of there way to accommodate us! The night shift lady was so good to the boys. I greatly appreciated her. Very nice new contemporary designed place. The beds were comfortable & the hotel was very clean. Hotel was definitely a 10!

Only one of two elevators was working. Only one coffee dispenser available. Multiple guest having to wait around 20-30 minutes for coffee to be made.
