Everything about my stay met expectations. If you want for a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel, this is a great choice.

Let's face it. I'm retired and do not live with a limitless budget. My only criticism is the fact at how much hotel rates have increased in just a couple years. Blame it on Covid or politics causing the inflationary factors to raise the cost of everything, it makes it more difficult to find traveling affordable. I'm an older senior and I must work with a budget. However,, I will say that the Comfort Suites rates were a better value than other hotels in the area, which is why I chose them. Not disappointed.

It was very clean and upgraded, including new mattresses. Susan , I think was the name of the front desk manager and she was fantastic.! The room was a king suite nicely furnished. Shin free weights, and opening up, so the pool would be good! I give them a 9.9.

The song pool wasn’t working and there were no free weights. I didn’t get the breakfast, but I seem waffle irons and it looked pretty good..

I asked for a 30 min. check out extension due to a vehicle breakdown and the staff offered me a 1.5 hrs extension and offered me a ride or use of a car !!! As it turned out I didn't need the check-out extension or the use of a car but these people were willing to help in any way they could. IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS !!!!

Nothing, everything was good, which is why we go back there every year as we travel through Abingdon.

We stayed at Comfort Suites with 2 kids and it was great. The staff were helpful and nice and our room was specious and comfortable! We enjoyed the indoor pool although it is not so up-to-date. Breakfast was great and we are very happy we found this place!

The facility was super clean, the front desk person was very personable and made us feel right at home, the mattress was nice and firm, the towels thick and luxurious and even the shower head was decent with good water pressure. Breakfast bar items were plentiful and tasty and the kitchen attendants were cheerful. I'm pretty picky and quick to point out undesirable details; I can only offer compliments and would certainly choose this hotel again.

Breakfast was average compared to what I am used to. The breakfast area was comfortable and nicely decorated. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, a nice touch. Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable - so comfortable I almost didn’t awake from a nap in time to make an appointment.

The fire alarm went off after 9 PM, apparently triggered accidentally by a guest. That is the only negative I can mention, but while it might have disturbed some guests, it did not inconvenience me.

Our hostess/receptionist/manager was excellent. Very friendly and acted as though she was welcoming us into her home. Continuing to take care of us at breakfast too. Very enjoyable stay. We would like to stay again as we travel there for Barter theater plays quite often.

Beds looked a little rumpled when we opened the door. As if someone might have been laying ON them. Both rooms like this.

Very nice facility, Could have Eggs once in awhile, pool could use a little work. people bring in cans of pop and drinks and vapor smoking in the pool area guests. otherwise facility vary nice.

Location- terrific. Close to downtown, dining, and other services. Cleanliness- the lobby, breakfast area, and room were great. Amenities- sufficient fitness area Breakfast- plenty of options and was fresh. Staff- kind and helpful!

Pool was a little green. Couldn't find tv remote in the fitness room A gang of bikers was permitted to park and hang out directly in front of the entrance, which was inconvenient for dropping off luggage at check-in and noisy later in the evening. Only dealt with this one night though.

The front desk clerk, Jamie, was awesome! She made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The facilities were very clean. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our windows needed blinds. The curtains were too thin to keep the sun from shining through in the mornings.
