Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is lovely and the breakfast was very impressive with a la carte options as well as an open buffet. Highly recommended

The location is outstanding and the hotel is beautifully appointed and in the highest sector for hotels in Montenegro.

While the daily breakfast/brunch buffet was outstanding, I felt the two choices for dinner were a bit lacking. Certainly the staff and view were excellent, but the food could have been better, especially at those prices. Also, the bartenders could use some help, as they aren’t that well versed in the proper mix of certain common cocktails. Additionally, the pool is pretty crowded due to the fact it is shared with the branded condos on the property, and as a result the poolside service is not adequate to keep up with the demands of all the guests.

Exceptional service. I typically pre-arrange some trips, but used the concierge a few times on this visit, and they were superb. Private boat out to Perast at very short notice was the highlight. Check in was not fast, but didn't care; it was an experience in itself - fresh rose water, great advice from the desk etc. Pool area was great and not too crowded, despite July. Lots of nearby nice eateries with waterfront seating.

Small gym for a hotel this size. Breakfast was okay but not great - the a la carte good only if eggs are your thing. More buffet options at a typical UK Premier Inn :) The location is a decent base, but if I returned, would stay in more 'authentic' nearby old towns. This is very much elite / pseudo-elite fare - lots of designer-wear-for-breakfast folks. Traffic is a real problem - likely only for July/Aug - so going to Kotor/Perast/Budva and similar will take an hour and more by taxi. There is the (expensive) personal boat option, with advance notice.

Honestly one of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely brilliant staff, massive oh so comfortable room. Beautiful hotel.

The Breakfast was not up to the standard of everything else. The setting and the service are perfect but the choices and quality were ordinary. Next time we’ll book room only and go out as there are loads of options close by.

Probably our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in - worldwide! We’re about to check out and we’re so sad to! It’s honestly such a wonderful hotel - the location is perfect looking out on to the port and beautiful mountains of Montenegro. The staff are so friendly and helpful - very different to your usual 5* hotel where they can be a little pretentious . The hotel architecture is beautiful - both the Venetian part and modern ‘aqua’ buildings equally beautiful. The pool is the show stopper, fantastic views and comfortable beds across about four different pools - you will certainly find an area you can spend all day in (or in our case our spot for the entire holiday). Bedroom is great, good size and the bathroom is beautiful with his & hers sinks, good shower etc. facilities such as Nespresso machine etc in there too plus two double wardrobes so no fighting for space. The food and drinks are divine - you must eat at the main restaurant at least once. We had fois gras & goats cheese salad starters, turbot and seabsss mains, delicious bread it’s homemade flavoured butters and gorgeous wine. The cocktails around the pool and at the bar are divine too - even the smoothies (apple & cinnamon is great). The spa is beautiful too - we had a couples massage which was really good, good pressure and comfort. The sauna, steam, jacuzzi, indoor pool also matches that of luxury spas in the UK. All in all, it’s a fabulous place and we will be back many more times I am sure! We have already spread the word (although I like that it’s not overcrowded at this moment!) it’s part of the charm) Thank you to all the staff! Perfect end to our Montenegro tour.

We were up graded on our stay! the food was amazing in all the restaurants, the hotel space was great, my massage was one of the best I've ever had, the Concierge team were very kind and helpful and the service was great, in the reception, bar and restaurants! I do stay all over the world and I really enjoyed staying here x

if I had to say one thing, I would say the pool area needs a little more 5star service! more staff working. maybe another service station on the opposite side to look after people furthest away from the pool bar, by taking orders and then heading to the main bar to make them. (our waitress was lovely)

A pleasant surprise was the presence of wigwams and games in the living room for the youngest daughter.

We took two rooms, suite Aqua sea view and deluxe Venezia sea view. We ordered two connected rooms or next to each other because we travel with kids. We were given two rooms on the same floor, but at different ends. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the suite, but no laundry and washing tablets. When I asked the reception about it, they told me that we have to buy them ourselves. Because they have a laundry service that we can always use. We bought a pack of laundry tablets, used up three of them. It is necessary to put buttons for calling staff and menus near the pools. Every time I had to go to the bar to make an order.

All the staff were extremely helpful, super happy and knowledgeable.. even the new ones that had been there a few days. Service was good at the pool/ bar / breakfast. Spa team were amazing, the treatment was one of the best I've had. Housekeeping kept our room perfect (only issue was every day we found the door open.. you have to pull the door closed.. the vacuum within the small corridor means it doesn't automatically close)... hey nothing stolen.. so no harm. The pool area was perfect.. so clean .. lots of towels available, service at your sun beds. The concierge were passionate and knowledgeable. For sure would return !!

Some rude guests .. didnt bother us.. but was not nice to see them treat the staff like they were second-class citizens!

the staff, the bathroom…the shower was very good, towels, electric outlets for USA plugs, size of room, bed and linens, restaurants in adjoining area, TV selection of shows, kitchen facility in guest rooms , art throughout facility was very nice, the AC was very good.

not enough wall hooks in bath, dated bidet and only cold water, the clothes rod in the closet is too high, no soap for dishwasher, no detergent for clothes washer, no luggage racks, dated decor throughout hotel and guest rooms, very awkward way of getting to room 408A, the breakfast food buffet is in a very small room for the number of guests…not good to be so crowded.
