AMAZING view and room! Just perfect!

Watch out for extra charges ... receipts had written tip section, which we added. Only to find in final bill service charge, and VAT were already added. We were also offered water for our table, only to find out later it was £6 a bottle and we weren't informed. Seemed to be lots of hidden charges.

Really love the proximity to BTS/MRT, Central Ladprao and Union Mall, through M floor/carpark. Very clean hotel and staff were very polite and pleasant. Had to wait till 3pm to check-in as the room was not ready. Very happy that they granted us late check-out. Appreciated that there was seating space in the shower, especially to enjoy the shower while resting our achy feet.

Only wish that there were power points besides the bed. Although there were some cables attached to the phone on 1 side, the master switches were Alain only on that side. The other side of the bed had no power points and only 1 reading switch. Oh one other thing, the sliding wardrobe/bathroom door auto-lock once when there was no one inside. After a few minutes, we managed to open it. However we had yo be extra careful when we slide the door and not to lock it.

I saw from the beginning, that it's really good organized and very professional hotel, by prompt answering my messages. I only was one night,I didn't eat in the hotel,because for elections was not allowed to drink alcohol and I cannot eat good food without wine . Next time I will tray first Don Giovanni...but they have 4 restaurants with differents types of cuisine, that I like each one. Next time I will stay 2 nights before and 2 nights after beginning of my holiday and ending my holiday. Very important to me, I get the same room every stay, the same that I got last night. You should know, I come twice yearly to Bangkok since 7 years,only during pandemic time,I didn't come. I would like to thank the front desk lady for an uncomplicated and quick check in, on saturday May 6,at about 2.30pm.Also the nice guy from the swimming pool and Nutcharin.She was so kind to me and helpful and the last not the least, Kotchakorn, hostess in Blue sky bar, with whom I spent a short, smart talking. I hope next time to have kontakt with other staff, because of you can be an hotel better. Myself working as Maître d’Hôtel/ Restaurant manager in the best Hotels in Switzerland.Thank you

Best experience ever had! I didn’t feel well due to my heart problems when having breakfast at the dining hall. I talked to a staff and managers came to help me shortly! They asked my needs to help me feel better. They had a nurse check my blood pressure and I got sent back to my room on a wheelchair when I confirmed that I didn’t need to go to the hospital. Felt much better after a short sleep. They are very nice and professional! Also, the facilities are amazing, you can find various good food and Thai massage in the hotel.

Location is very near a big mall with lots of shopping and food. It is also within a short walking distance to the BTS station. Free shuttle service to Chatuchuk Market - which is just a stone throw away. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my return flight which was delayed but was later re-timed back to the original schedule. I was confused and worried and approached the concierge for help. Mr Torask Yodruck and Mr Nopadol Boonpong from the concierge was extremely helpful and went out of their way and tried to call the airline but it was closed as it was a Sunday. They called a friend that was working in the airport for help and managed to get the latest information later and updated me whilst I was doing my last minute shopping. Thank you very much! Room is comfortable. The rain-shower was nice. The toiletries were of good quality. Even though there is no inter-connecting rooms, but the entrance to the 2 rooms were diagonally facing each other with a small common area that we can close and lock, functionally like 2 inter-connecting rooms when we keep both doors open. Such a genius idea!

Minor stuff like the lamp in the toilet that needed re-alignment, one of the door needed fixing to keep it open (which they did eventually). Otherwise it was generally a very comfortable & pleasant stay.

The location was right by the BTS train station, easy to access by walking on the pavement or going through the parking lot of Central Plaza Ladprao right next door and going through the mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and size was sufficiently big enough for 2-3 people.

The room I was in had a slanted door and the bathroom was right next to the room door so when it opened, there wasn’t much space, but not a big problem.

We didn’t like it that our door was already locked at 11.30 while check out time fs 12.00

It's a solid hotel. Good location and facilities. Price is OK. Skipped breakfast this time as it's a bit predictable for the price. Gym is good and staff are nice and helpful

It's not really the hotels fault but had a big family group on the floor, and they made a LOT of noise returning at 12 am plus. It's super unhelpful if you have jet lag! There is no solution to other guests' total lack of consideration for others.

My experience is this accommodation was absolutely fantastic period from the exceptional rooms to the impeccable service, every aspect was of my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for luxurious comfortable and relaxing retreat. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area is it truly set the standard for excellent in hospitality.
