We enjoyed our stay at Hedon Spa Hotel a lot. The beach is just a few steps away. Walking to the centre takes 10-15 min. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved the breakfast buffet. There‘s quite a good choice of vegetarian or vegan dishes, too. I loved the cappucino with oat milk. The spa is nice. The beds are big and comfortable, everything is very clean.

We missed some cosy chairs in the spa to relax after the sauna. There are some outside but it was too cold. The lobby is scented with a perfume, which I find completely unnecessary and rather unpleasant. Apart from that, an excellent hotel and wonderful stay at Pärnu.

We enjoyed the Spa especially the Silent Spa. Breakfast had a lots of variety, just as you would expect at Luxurious hotel. I was very happy when I saw that they are using Rituals products everywhere in the hotel + at the Silent spa you get to try out their personalized Hedon Spa products (Scrub, Sea Salt, face mask, body lotion). The location is perfect just on the beach as well as the old town is 10 min by walking. Great restaurants and cafes around. Loved it! Definitely we will come back.

It does need some touch ups, chipping paint or brown tiles, uneven ceilings. At night some clicking was disturbing us. Be ready there will be children and they can be loud at times.

I enjoyed the architecture of the historic Spa building, the smooth colours of my superior room and the sea view. Especially salmon and sparkling wine were good at the breakfast table. I found it also easy to get good parking spot near the hotel. The room was quiet although it was right opposite the elevator.

The corridors/hallways outside the rooms were not 4* at all. Was hoping for better muesli selection at the breakfast and as a multi-allergy person I would have appreciated proper English signs that would say what is what :) I expect reception personnel to greet or show they noticed you by smiling or so every time you come into the hotel, they didnt.

I've been to all SPAs in Pärnu and Hedon is the most comfortable and luxurious experience there is. If you want a romantic experience with your partner, go to Hedon. If you want to have a fun SPA vacation with your kids, don't go to Hedon. The spa experience is special (for an extra charge). At the Quiet Spa, you get a small bag with sea salt, scrub, face mask, some creams, etc. And you get a whole list of things to treat yourself to, like a bath, salt pool, different saunas, etc. It's really cool, it's quiet and you do all these cleansing procedures all by yourself and relax. There are no kids running around and screaming. It's especially nice to share the experience with your partner. Hedon also has 2 restaurants. For a casual dinner, there is the Grill Restaurant and for a more luxurious experience, you can go to the Fine Dine Restaurant. It's one of the best restaurants in town, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat. Afterward, you can have a cocktail in the cozy lounge with a fireplace. What I like about Hedon is the comfort—the beautiful view of the sea. You don't even have to leave the resort, everything is there.

The breakfast was great. Hotel has a lot of free parking spaces. Location is very close to the beach. Hotel has good spa area. Friendly staff.

Twin beds mattresses were sliding away every night. A little bit upset that visit of several spa rooms are not included into the booking price and costs additionally 18 eur per person per 2h. Spa area is not that big itself, so after a day it is getting quite boring. There are a lot of other hotels in area near by that provide more reasonable price/value deals regarding spa visits.

Room: Clean ,quiet breakfast: all super, no remarks spa: good atmosphere, plenty of procedures with reasonable prices, friendly staff, good cleanness

spa: require little bit more information ,when booking procedures(man or woman specialist). Also was one not so nice moment: there were a few women in the group, two of them has birthday (they are twins) on the day of stay) ,but greeting received only one person, other one was very sad .Of coarse such greetings wasn't booked, but information should be checked more carefully, to avoid such misunderstandings.

Almost everything, but the highlight was the spa. Even the free version of it was beyond great deal for the hotel’s guests. But the real steal was the paid one. And overall, the hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, staff was amazing. Really, well beyond our expectations and a rarity these days.

The restaurant’s food was a bit bland and the desert seemed like it was picked up in Lidl and simply reheated. Probably not the case, but just my opinion. So some room for improvement.

Breakfast was delicious, huge variety of food. Spa area included in the price was quite good: two types of sauna and pool. Didn't check the extra paid spa. Comfortable bed and pillows. Special thanks for that.

No soundproofing, we could hear people talking, laughing and other noises pretty well. That was the main concern. Lamp and bedside table were only for one side of the bed. Would be great to have it for both sides. Couldn't change the temperature in the room by ourselves. Some basic information in the room about breakfast and sauna open hours could be helpful.

Loved cleanliness, order, comfort, silence, staff. Nice see view. Breakfast very good - wide choice, all fresh. Kind service staff. SPA area clean and tidy.

1. The bathroom ran out of face cotton wool. 2. Disturbed by children running through hotel corridors in the evening. 3. Demands repairs - floorboards worn out, bathroom doors very cheap and loud. 4. Staff could be more active and professional at a second morning breakfast, focused on customer service

Really big room, comfortable bed and pillows, neighborhood quiet in spring time. Hotel reception and SPA reception very nice and friendly, also masseurs were professional. SPA area nice, but kind of small. Breakfast ok, plenty of choises. Overall nice stay and would come again.

Cleaning was a problem. Firstly , the bed was not very well made, the duvet was wrinkled, etc. Did not feel fresh. On the second day, the cleaners did not come at all. My husband searched and himself found cleaners on the corridor around 16:00 and asked at least to empty the bins. Nothing else was done that day. Excuse was that there are a lot of new reservations, as if we were second-class visitors because of that. Also, there was a big stain on the carpet. So this part was not as expected in 4 star hotel and could improve.
