Property is built in beautiful style. The beds are comfy. There was hairdryer and towels. We even had a TV.

We hadn’t in our room any window (we knew that), but it turned out to be very hot inside.

The room was really pretty comfortable and I was happily surprised by how large the fridge in the room was and also that the room included a hot plate. The location is really great, as it's just a bit south of the northern gate of the Old Town (known for "Fat Margaret" tower) on Pikk Street, so that means it's close to restaurants in the Old Town but also the ferry terminals and shops around the Old Town. The check-in and check-out was easy (there's no on-site staff, so you go to the relatively close St. Olav hotel run by the same owners to complete the check in and to check out you just leave your key in the room).

Since the Old Town attracts a lot of tourists, in the evening the area around the hotel was a bit loud, but that's not the responsibility of the hotel. It's just something to keep in mind. If you read the information about the hotel, then you'll know that there's no on-site staff, so that's also something to consider if you find that important.

The hotel was lovely! It felt really authentic, a perfect location and a really comfy, clean room! Not sure why this place has some of the bad reviews I read as we loved it & it was one of the most valuable places I’ve ever stayed at!

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Small kitchen with all needed items. Overall, it was perfect. There was a big narrow window.

The water drain in the shower was very slow. The water stayed on the floor for some time. we did not ask for assistance as left early and had no time

Perfect location. Clean service every day, I like it. Very easy to find and the parking facility was good nearby for extra pay.

Good location. Yes, you have to do the check in at another hotel 450 metres away, but in our case we did it by passing by and the staff was friendly. If you don't expect super service, this is a good choice for 2 nights in Tallinn. There was even a fridge in the room (which is great for beer, wine or fruit) and an electric kettle, but you have to have your own coffee or tea. We had a great view in our room 301 (15 m2). Less expectations and more good vibes will make your accommodations better.

The cleaning staff can use the vacuum cleaner sometimes, the equipment in the shower is not the best but it works and they have hot water 24/7.

You get what you pay for, everything is clean and proper.

Room nr 11 has entry through a balcony which locks and you don’t get a room key right away and need to ask it from reception, would be nice if people were informed of this. room also has a door to room nr 10 and you can go through there but it doesn’t lock so theres just a chair infront of the door.

Hotel located in quite nice area, close to the market square, but still quiet, so very good conditions to sleep in the night. Good price/value ratio.

Room and bathroom inside quite small, but let's say enough to fullfill the most important needs, however bed could be more comfortable.
