Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I booked a double room although solo traveller. Storage was good for me but a bit tight for 2. Bathroom was good, well lit, plenty of hot water & good hairdryer. Plenty of plug points. Small fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar & water provided.

Not a fan of shower curtains. Window curtain a little hard to pull. No milk provided but supermarket close by and fridge to store.

Everyone from the staff was very helpful and polite. I really do appreciate non-stop reception as I was checked-in late and left early. Everything was clean and ready to use. The weather was quite hot during my visit, so I greatly appreciated AC. The location of the hotel is just great! Just few steps in front of the hotel there is well-supplied grocery shop (Rimi) and at the closest corner there is fast food which is opened until the very late night. The city center itself is just couple of minutes distant by walk. I would definitely recommend.

I have heard other guests quite a lot as it has been already written in other reviews. However, it was not that big problem, just a bit of inconveniece. I also do not like showercurtains much, but I knew they are there because of official photos of the room, so I was not surprised. And blanket could be maybe warmer - but this was not a problem in summer :) But all of these are rather minor issues :)

The staff was quite friendly and gave us info on several places to visit while also recommending us restaurants that were absolutely great. The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely great and they cleaned the rooms every single morning of our stay. The location is good, close to everything and with a big supermarket close by.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and that's due to them being incredibly soft, but that's a bit subjective as several people might enjoy them. Also I would prefer for them to include a second pillow. Finally in our room there wasn't any power outlets near by the bed but that's me nitpicking.

We had a great time in Bern Hotel. Even though we arrived at 2 am, the staff welcomed us in our room, which was really clean and spacious with loads of places for our stuff, the bathroom was modern and the beds were comfortable. Also, the biggest advantage of it, is the really convenient location at the city center but at the same time it is extremely close to the airport and the port. What is more, the price was really reasonable for such a good location. Overall, our time in Tallinn was a delight and we loved it, and the Bern Hotel made our staying really comfortable.

The Hotel is very close to the city center, you need not take any transport, you can walk to all the locations easily. The rooms were clean, towels and linens were nice. The rooms have a small living and separate bedrooms and are very spacious.

The rooms are very inside, you need to go through a maze to reach them. The wash basin in the bathrooms are very difficult to use and the windows in the rooms are at higher level, you cannot get a view eben if you open them. And there is no option to cover the windows are there are no curtains or shades. The hot water went out for few hours, they tried to fix it but it didnt work.

Room is perfect for a night, very calm place. Breakfast is good -- sweden style. Location is great -- you're in 100m from the vielle ville (old city). The satff is very friendly, and the hotel is a perfect place to sleep when you come to Talliinn and visiting Talliin. I would recommend it definitely -- and it was a second stay. Maybe not for youngsters who do not want to suspend their breaks.

If you don't like the sweden style breakfast -- there are no places around to have a coffee with croissants, you probably have to go to the old city... not so far by the way

The room was nice, enough space, a couple of sockets. Small fridge in the room - nice thing to have. People at reception always very friendly. Towels changed everyday if need be. Perfect location. Central. Quiet.

About the shower: it is true that the curtain is not till the floor hence some water spills on the floor. However for me it wasn’t a big problem. We stayed during very hot August days and AC in the beginning didn’t help much (+ no possibility to open windows), but guys at reception provided us with a ventilator, which helped a lot. After a couple of days something changed and it stopped being so hot in the room.

Room was spotless clean, breakfast very nice, good selection of stuff to choose from. There is a kebab&pizza place downstairs, and in the corridors (*not* in the rooms) it smells with food, which creates a funny feeling. I was working from the room on one day, there is a nice desk and the chair.

The windows don't open at all - only air conditioning. The air conditioner works fine, but with the warm-not-hot summer weather I would much prefer just opening the window morning and evening.

The location was close to the centre and major things including getting to the ferry and foods. Supermarket opposite which was great as it closesate Room was changed quickly after an issue with smell Bed was very comfortable

Position of the shower makes the floor wet, needs either a longer shower curtain or to move the shower. Nearly slipped and needed to use more towels. Air con didn't work and room was cold even though i turned it up to 26. No bedside socket

Amazing location (everything is like 5-8 mins away and 24/7 shop just in 1 min distance), friendly stuff, clean and nice rooms. Enjoyed our 2 night stay on 95%, would come back when we visit Tallinn again.

Did not bother us much, but sometimes you could hear some sounds from other rooms and also for someone who is staying more than few nights - fridge is really small. And also no sockets near beds so was hard to watch tiktok before sleep 😁😁😁
