Location and concept was perfection. I stayed in Helsinki Glory and it was beyond beautiful! Online customer service was new yet on point (they do have a staff at certain time in the hotel), they would answer your question even in the late evening, and send you a text every night during your stay to make sure you’re having a great one. The room came with sauna and for my family who were visiting Helsinki, it was so convenient that we could enjoy it anytime we wanted without hustling to book or go to spa. Loved it loved it loved it!

Nothing, but if you wanna feel extra comfortable, bring your own slippers:)

Location, roominess, the way the beds were separated, modern decor. It's also a good idea not to have keys. When I first booked it said that there was no concierge service. But in fact that was always someone very helpful in the Bob W office, and we were able to leave our luggage there on the day we left. Where possible, I would definitely book again through Bob W

There is really not much to say here. I think I have alreday made the comment elsewhere but a whisk should be provided for making scrambled eggs and omelettes. Also when I rent a property there is always, salt, pepper and usually olive oil and vinegar, but not here.

The apartment is very luxurious and beautifully furnished. Everything, from the furniture to kitchen appliances are of high quality. It was cleaned very thoroughly, absolutely spotless. It comes with every kitchen appliance, utensil and one can wish. High praise goes to the coffee machine, that along with the complementary coffee. There is an induction stove and an oven microwave combo. There is a complete set of plates, bowels, glasses etc. Hidden away in various drawers are all the kitchen tools; knives, spatulas, pots and pans. All of excellent quality and perectly cleaned. The layout of the apartment was excellent, the low wall separating the kitchen/dinning area from the living room gave a very cozy feeling. The bed it a true 10/10, it was extremely comfortable, the prefect balance between support and softness. The sheets were all clean and pretty. The bathroom was excellent. The shower has a normal handset shower and a rain-drop shower-head. There are very nice soft new towels, a washing machine and good toilet. All of excellent quality and very clean. There is a beautiful photo of the Finnish gulf on the wall of the bathroom which is motion activated, if one had to use the toilet at night this provides a nice soft illumination which won't hurt the eyes in the dark. I truly love this apartment, it was so nice and quiet. Public transport access is perfect since two tram lines stop literally in front of the door to the building. The highest praise I can give is it's the kinda of place I would want to live.

The batteries of the remote were empty, but that is a complete non-issue to me. The one thing I really did not like was the fact I had to leave and check out, I would have loved to stayed longer. ;-)

The apartment looked clean and modern. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. There was lots of space to unpack clothes etc. No noise from rooms on the same floor, no slamming of doors etc. Staff was very friendly.

Every working day there was a delivery unloaded on a cobbled street before 6 and 7 a.m., making lots of noise despite closed windows. On one or two days, there was loud music, probably from the rooftop 2 floors above. Fortunately, it stopped before 11 p.m. The bathroom looks great, but the light is impractical: it was so dark I had trouble shaving my face.

Amazing experience, home away from home. Could not ask for more. Walking distance from the train station and walking distance from the shore as well. We had a small issue with the dishwasher. FYI who travels to Finland: you have to turn the knob on the tap to the ON direction, so you can use the dishwasher. Fortunately we got advice in 5 mins (yes, in 5 mins), so we left the apartment behind with clean dishes in the dishwasher. Excellent bathroom, perfect location. Thank you for the coffee blend that made my wife like the Finnish coffee! ;)

We booked a room at this hotel for the night, but my husband and I liked it so much that we wanted to book another ectra night. The concierge was quick to help us with that, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The room had all the amenities: hairdryer, dishes, kitchen. It was nice that each room had an instax mini with a set of paper for printing. You can take memorable pictures from your vacation. Would love to come again!

Breakfast for 12 euros per person was the same every day, not much choice

Absolutely loved our stay in the classic family room. Fantastic design. As they advertise it really combines best of both worlds. Like a boutique hotel but has all the comforts of staying in an apartment. The place is new, has everything you could ask for and has one of the best locations if you are visiting Helsinki. Very close to the market square and Tram 4 and 5 stop right outside the hotel. The price is really reasonable compared to other similar properties. What more could you ask for?? Absolutely recommend for a stay in Helsinki

Cozy and functional apartment, fully furnished. Nice building with lot of services inside (supermarket, pizza, bar &restaurant, etc.). Very good to visit the city centre, tram stop just out of the door. Room management through webpage and whatsapp (very user friendly). Worth the money spent.

Noisy ventilation with the air hose directly over the bed (could have been a problem just of our room, however it was not pleasant anyway...). Absence of a luggage locker room or luggage custody service.

Very good neighborhood, close to the Market Square and pier, skywheel and pool. Stores and pub nearby. Room was very quiet at night, haven't heard any neighbours or any noises from the street. Room was clean and well equipped, dishes, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher (search for cutlery in the bottom drawer, we couldn't find it during the first day). Absolutely loved the shower, very spacious, you also have laundry machine and dryer in the bathroom that's good for a longer stay.

You need a code to access pretty much everything which is cool but I didn't get the code before my check in time. I contacted the hotel and received it by mail. Contact with the hotel is very easy and quick though and I've received reply within minutes so it was not a big deal.

Very convenient and easy contactless check-in and check-out. All communication was thorough and prompt, door codes were sent a day before arrival etc. Nice rooms, lovely building. The bed was very comfortable! I stayed only for one night but there are all facilities and amenities you need for a longer stay: fully equipped kitchen area, iron, washing machine, coffee and tea for a quick sip etc. On the ground floor of this building complex is also a grocery store and a wine shop so you don't even need to leave the building to do some grocery or champagne shopping. :) Will definitely return, thank you!
