Great location, a few minutes walk from the Esplanade and the market square. Very comfortable room with high quality toiletries and a good shower. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extravagant! Must be one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Maybe not their fault, but the room was kept at a constant temperature of around 21°C which is a bit cold. When you change the temperature on the thermostat it takes a few hours to go up a couple of degrees. Even after changing it, when we came back in the evening it was back on 21°

Wonderful hotel! The room was modern, comfortable and super clean - loved the pop of colour and fun in the decor and the bed was SO comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, a great selection of standard hot & continental options as well as more interesting dishes and some local touches. Love the fact it went until 2pm on weekends, absolutely perfect for relaxed travellers like us. Location was great, a short walk to town centre and also close to one of the ferry terminals, perfect for day trips to Suomenlinna and Tallinn.

The standard double rooms are not all that large considering the price point - but still had a small sitting area with sofa and we still felt it was super worth it considering how comfortable and nice it was.

The reception was great. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the usual check-in time, but the staff at the reception kindly offered us an option to early check in perhaps due to the room vacancy. For a family with young children like us, it was so amazing to leave our heavy bags and suitcases inside the room before going out for sightseeing.

We found a someone's hair at the shower room before using it, which made us uncomfortable.

We LOVED this hotel which was ideal for our 4-day sightseeing trip to Helsinki. Centrally located with a large twin room with two queen beds that was perfect for us two friends to share. The room and bathroom were well-appointed, cosy and stylish, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff were available day and night to answer all our queries and the breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of freshly cooked, local and international fare, served with a smile. It really made our trip.

One tiny detail - there was nowhere in the room or bathroom to hang wet coats or towels. Given the rainfall in this city, it is much needed,

The hotel was perfect for our three days in Helsinki. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. A special mention for Moonie was lovely and very helpful with tips about the city. She thoughtfully bought me honey and lemon drink for my cough. The selection of food were both impressive and delicious. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Lots to do in the area. Highly recommend.

Great location - easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites. Great breakfast and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast until 2 on weekends - I like a lie in so this was excellent

Nothing - there was nothing negative about this hotel at all. I would absolutely recommend it.

lovely room on 7th floor. Newly appointed. comfortable. everything worked well. great breakfast buffet. Really good with home made bread and many house specials. Dinner ok. location superb for central Helsinki activities. Tram close. harbour close. train station 10 minutes walk but could use tram. food hall and market stalls close. would book again like a shot. good service too.

the room was not cleaned 2 days in a row, not sure what the issue was but the reception team was very apologetic and changed the room for us as soon as we informed them

Under our window was a construction area, what was not nice Breakfast was okey, but i missed some fried eggs or omlet there.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Helsinki and the one from the Autograph Collection. Excellent central location by the water, close to Market Square and Esplanada. I love the lobby's interior design, decor details, and fancy clock. I highly recommend choosing the room from the Trendy category, with a super stylish interior + gorgeous views of Helsinki rooftops.
