very family friendly with lots of playgrounds for children, also the pool available for children was a big plus

the rooms can be upgraded a bit, they have kind of old design, also the shower does not work perfect as you have to clean the water on the floor afterwards. also the air conditioning not working. the breakfast in the morning is very poor, typical finnish food bit for turists I think the breakfast can be continental as not everyone likes to eat sausages first hour in the morning. there is no coffee machine, no available espresso machine, only filter coffee, this should definitely be improved.

The room was renovated, spacious and quite clean. The kid's sofa had been prepared nicely (I had indicated it separately when making the booking). Though it was a bit squeaky, they didn't complain. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the spa and the pools. The kids got their bathrobes and slippers from the spa reception. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

My biggest complaint is that our room was not cleaned on the second day and the trash was not taken out, this did spoil the good first impression. The buffet dinner was way too expensive for the food variety provided. Very crowded during breakfast, people were standing in line for a while to get their hot food. The breakfast itself is ok but nothing special.

The spa was very nice and the room was fairly large and quite clean - enough room for four persons. There was a large parking area with free parking spots, even four EV charging spots though there were all occupied. The location near harbor was good for our trip.

The extra bed for 15 year child was not good. We we would have taken four real beds option if such was available. The on-site restaurants were expensive.

Spa was great, restaurants had plenty of choices for food, pools were really big with many jacuzzis. Walk from hotel to Naantali really exceptional (both quick and by the sea or in the forest), was a highlight!

Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. For this category of hotel and price I would like to see a custom made omelette booth, more variaty of fruits, maybe smoothies or freshly pressed orange juices as well. The hotel has no outdoor poolside cafe. Maybe they could consider adding one. Indoor facilities are great, outdoor facilities could easily be better.

The room was very comfortable with a lovely Seaview. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were great.

The restaurant was not well laid out and was lacking in atmosphere. At breakfast again the layout of the room was poor and we had to draw staff attention to food that had run out, a number of times.

The swimming poop aeria is really good

The corridor was really smelly. Having breakfast with a small child is almost impossible if there is no playing corner in the restaurant. I was wondering why couldn't they make a very small playing corner for kids. Many restaurant does it.

The staff were very good especially Sirpa on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her. There were some lovely walks around the property.

The rooms and public areas were uncomfortably warm. The area around the swimming pool was very slippery. It would be good to have a quite room for reading. Disappointing to have to pay for car parking. It would have been good to have a space to do yoga.

Comfortable and spacious room. Spa ok, very good location and beautiful surroundings.

There were 3 restaurant options in the hotel. We chose the italian one for dinner. Food and service do not match the hotel category. Very poor!

The hotel is very nice and love the relaxed atmosphere. The pools are nice, there are not much for children but we wanted a adult spa so this was perfekt for us. The staff is very friendly and it's close to turku center. I just love the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel

The only thing maybe for us was the pillows and bed. The bed was little hard but in the end the it did not bother us. And I think a nice hotel like this should ha e free parking for the guests but the parking cost 10€ / night

Thai restaurant was a disappointment. Both taste bad quantity did not justify the price Rooms did not have basic coffee/kettle.
