Was nice, clean, reception is amazing:) breakfast was good, could have less bread and more real food, but can’t complain this is Brazil 😅

Too many screaming kids at night, and not little babies, kids were out of control and nobody paid attention, was not nice having almost every night during 2 weeks loud neighbors, administrators have to pay attention at quiet times! This is business hotel ….

breakfast is even better than pictures; very good. Location and price are phenomenal for tourist activities in Rio because it's around the corner from the Cindlandia subway station. You can use the subway to go to Copacabana/ Ipanema or about anywhere in the city. The streetcar tram that goes through the city up to Santa Teresa is two blocks away. The light rail that goes to Santos Dumant Airport is also two blocks away. Use the Cindlandia stop. The hotel is only a few blocks from the municipal theater. Because it is downtown this hotel is MUCH cheaper than the hotels in Ipanema and Copacabana. You can use the subway and walk several blocks to get to those beaches saving a ton of money. I think other people were walking to Flamengo beach. Staying here one can see more of the city. The sundeck on the roof is nice, and the view makes for some good photos. I made daily use of the clean and quiet little rooftop gym to stretch with a world class view.

When I stayed the price was so good that the hotel was fully booked and was understaffed for this. Count on a long line to check in at 2 pm. It was hard to get help from the overly busy staff. Wifi in some of the rooms is so weak it's basically unusable, and the batteries powering the in-room safe died one evening. No one onsite was able to open the safe; I had to wait until noon the next day to access the things I had locked in the safe. The pool on the roof is picturesque but so small and heavily used that it is of no value. I'm pretty sure the sauna there does not work.

Room was nice, comfy and clean! Shower was so good to. Breakfast was nice.

Check-in took more than an hour, I had some things scheduled that I lost do to this long time waiting, it was surreal and reception staff said it was normal and where kinda grumpy when anyone would complain. I understood it is not their fault, but the hotel should think about some way to make this check-in faster, maybe more staff (two employees to check, according to them, 240 rooms)

Good value for the money, the place is pretty good. Staff at the reception is nice, they do speak english, breakfast was great, wi-fi working good, the terrace at the last floor has a really cool view for a hotel in the center.

The room was not cleaned in 3 nights of stay. If you need to leave your luggage at the reception before the check-in or after the check-out, they charge 30R for that, for multiple luggages. At the check-in time, which is 2PM, is only one person working at the reception and is full of tourists (they have 3 computers for check-in). You can wait at least 1 hour before you get into your room.

In the heart of Rio, close to everything plus an amazing top floor view.

We arrived 2/3 hours before the Check-in time, they let us use the the common areas of the hotel but charged us R$30/£4.93 to keep our luggage in a private room. After that we took our 3 rooms for 6 people, all rooms were amazing but in 2 of them the air conditioning was leaking a bit but nothing major.

It’s a wonderful localization if you want to stay in Rio center city or near the airport Santos Dumont. It’s a street far away from subway and Rio theater . the view from the pool is incredible you can see the sugar loaf paying a good price for that .

oh well , as I can’t have a double bed , they put both together and it was quite uncomfortable. The cakes at the breakfast could be better . it’s not wonderful as people said .

The location was good, as was the room - it overlooked the street.

I expected more from breakfast and the check in was extremely confusing and time consuming.

The location was a bit of a problem, downtown Rio is not what you expect, a lot of poverty, streets aren’t cleaned and buildings aren’t kept. But the hotel itself is good, clean, food is fantastic - please try their spaghetti bolognese- it’s to die for!

Wishful thinking, but somebody could somehow make downtown Rio less ugly.

Breakfast classical but super good Swimming pool on the last floor ( sadly opening time are not extended at least to enjoy the view when you arrived at 10 pm

Everything, just the breakfast was untasty ,no love in food ...vary basic and no tasty ... but for the price u can eat in any other place around hahaha so...recommended
