Delicious and large hot breakfast, a workout room, friendly staff, updated rooms with nice touches (great ceiling light reflecting the stripes at night) and a strong shower. Bonus for uber flattering mirrors. Also a block from the lcbo, a 24 mcds and a freshco grocery store so if you need supplies they're closeby.

This is waterfront Thunder Bay near a main bus terminal. I made sure to be escorted home each night as there are a lot of people around asking for money or calling out. Totally fine to still walk as long as you have company- location is great with amazing restaurants and bars nearby (Tomlin, Barkeep, the waterfront, hit Ramada hotel bar for a drink).

Love the hotel. The hotel Is SPECTACULAR!!!!! Staff is GREAT! Spacious rooms, love the hair, hand products! There is a really nice seating area, desk and you have a cute dresser or small table on each side of the bed. Definitely a higher end place. The bldg inside looks newly remodeled and it's VERY well maintained. Rooms are spotless. There is a really nice special coffee machine in lobby. We would definitely stay here again. Parking is in the back of the hotel, limited spots.

The town is not the best, I dont think I would visit ever again. It's clean but it's very sketchy.

Very cool decor and exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly and check in very efficient. The room was very big and the furniture was so comfortable. All the products in the bathroom were from a very high-quality company that smelled amazing The hotel was worth way more than the price I paid, amazing deal. I could also see the lake from my room. The breakfast had a ton of good options, even dairy free yogurt!!

The big parking lot was across the street from the hotel but there was some limited parking behind.

The rooms are totally renovated and small but very functional. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and had a wonderful sleep. The toiletries are upscale and very lovely as is the shower. Really enjoyed my stay. And I loved that the building was dog friendly

I was a bit disappointed at the look of the building as it was old on the outside. It’s in an old part of Thunder Bay.

Breakfast was excellent. The coffee machine was exceptional. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff both morning and night were very concerned with my questions and service.

The hotel is under renovation but it will be very good when finished. It is difficult to get a parking spot in the hotel lot however there is overflow across the street.

This photo of the front foyer is a selling feature for sure...and the price. The building is old, the rooms have been updated and are very beautiful. Unless you are a slim (very slim) person, you are not getting into the shower, sadly. The hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. The continental breakfast was good.

Front desk staff very nice and friendly- they gave me good recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Descent morning breakfast. European style hotel room. Cost was ok- not great but better than competitors around them.

Downtown Thunder Bay undergoing a lot of construction. Area was a bit sketchy at night.

The exterior does not match the interior. The interior was so much nicer and clean and the room we stayed in was lovely and spacious. Had everything we needed

The location unfortunately was a bit dodgy due to the drug use and homeless people roaming the streets. Nothing much happening in this area

Location is near down town and the marina . The rooms are newly renovated and clean. Great breakfast

The entrance is dirty an floors need to be stripped and sealed and the elevator external is full of black marks very unsightly needs to be painted but more importantly find out what is causing the marks

The room was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with shampoo, cream rinse, hand lotion and coffee

I know they have been under renovations and were unable le to provide a hot breakfast BUT what they did have was well stocked and a lot.of selection. The coffee machine offered cappuccino and lattes as well.
