Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast room is on the third floor which was unusual (kinda cool actually) but was very clean. The food was typical hotel fare. My room was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The bed was hard as a rock but I slept amazingly well considering. Would recommend this hotel as it's also close to the airport.

Just nit-picky things such as the rough towels (that most hotels seem to have) and there were no laundry facilities onsite. My room was also on the same floor as the breakfast room so when they began making bacon and waffles super early in the morning it was impossible to continue sleeping (bacon and waffles require immediate attention🤤).

From the moment I walked in the staff were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with good options as well. The hotel was very clean and well maintained in every area. I particularly enjoyed the machine to get coffee and hot chocolate at any time - bonus!

The gym facilities were a little basic and could use a few minor additions, but this is an extremely picky observation! This did not impact my stay at all.

Breakfast was just OK. Breakfast room staff were hard working but eggs were over cooked & sausage under cooked. Great HOT coffee. Cold cereal, toast, fruits & yogurt were available. Breakfast room was clean!

Our family of four traveled across four Canadian provinces for 13 days in July in 2022, staying in a different hotel each day, so the comparison is very objective. The hotel staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious in a warm environment. Hot chocolate and a coffee maker were located right outside our room, and the kids slept sweetly at night with the hot chocolate.

The room was a little small and the door facing the parking lot would open and hit the edge of the bed. The location of the hotel is a bit remote.

Breakfast was great! Hot scrambled eggs sausages waffles and condiments. Muffins pastries - several varieties of cereal yogurts juice and hot coffee and tea. Staff was friendly and constantly refilled and cleaned the counters and tables. One of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Was nice to eat something different every morning. Staff was awesome in keeping items filled , not letting items run low. Staff very friendly. Tables were well kept clean every time we sat down to eat. Wish other motels would carry this kind of breakfast.

In my eyes, there was nil that I didn’t like.

Staff was courteous and helpful when we arrived around 2am after a very long day of travelling. It was just minutes from the airport. Best part is that you take a taxi from the airport and the hotel pays!

I had requested a room with two queen beds. We got a queen bed and queen pullout. The pullout was not a comfortable bed. It felt as though there was just a thin layer of material covering the springs.

Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.the lady who did my check was not helpful.did not speak to me about my membership.

I had asked for a ground floor room because of my issues with knees,they ended up giving me room 206 which was on the second floor

The all-day hot chocolate machine and waffles at breakfast were a big hit with members of our family. The hotel was very clean All the staff were kind, and friendly, and nothing was to much trouble for them. I am good location close to family, so ideal for our stay.

The breakfast options were great and the gym was great...staff was friendly and helpful....rooms were quiet even with the airport being close. The location was perfect for easy access to everything we needed.
