If I should name this Hotel I would call it “The light Hotel”. Light is the star of this “movie”. Light of the amazing landscape you can see, light reflexed by the sea, light mirrored by the glasses of the building, light entering the spaces inside the hotel, light coloured in a infinite ways of tones and changing moment by moment. So light creates a show in a continuous changing during the day but also the night, with good weather or not, during the day or the night. It’s a spectacular experience with no price. That’s why I recommend a “deluxe” room that are on the higher floors (I did not try the villas …). For the rest everything ok, very clean as you can aspect from an Hotel of this kind, beautiful and very big SPA (swimming pool with water quite “fresh” in my opinion but probably perfect for swimmers …). All the Staff very very kind, anyone taking care of your needs. I was here in December so only “The Kitchen”restaurant was open plus the Michelin star “Nebo”… In the first one the breakfast is served, an other experience… for the good quality of the food and the great variety … by the way waiters passing through tables offering glasses of “Prosek” … So no doubt: this Hotel is to be visited, may be better when temperatures are not too high to enjoy all the spaces and the terraces offered by the place (April, May, June… late September, October). WiFi perfect, parking ok (we left the car to a valet Parker… very nice and kind guy, no extra charge for this “help”…). Room wonderful, one wall is all glass, it seems to stay in a boat … even if in the toiled no bidet …(in such a kind of hotel structure a small lack in my opinion). Room has everything, from slippers and bathrobe, to iron and ironing board, kettle and … coffee machine with capsules replaced every day if used… No way: you must try this amazing Hotel, for me it’s a 10 “Cum Laude”.

As far as Hilton's go, this is the best Ive stayed at worldwide! Staff are lovely, room was brill, all rooms with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was awesome and worth the money. Spa was also extremely good. And to finish, the michelin star restaurant on the top floor was sublime!

We were given the impression that only the 7 course taster menu was available, however we found out after the meal that aot 4 course menu was available for hotel guests. This left a sour taste as the price is pretty steep. The food was amazing but didnt feel that the hotel or the restaurant were honest and open about options.

Beautiful new hotel with beautiful modern rooms. A large, very modern spa. Heated indoor pool. We got a free upgrade, which was very nice.

Expensive parking. For that room price, parking should be free.

Personell were always very positive, on point, attentive and courteous. Especially Jelena at the reception, one of the very friendly ladies at the breakfast table who brought us coffees every morning (unfortunately no name, but she had blonde hair and a big smile) as well as one of the hotel‘s valet parking concierges (again no name but a very friendly, elder gentlemen) made sure our stay is as relaxed and memorable as possible. Thank you very much!

The hotel offers many different restaurants and cuisines. I believe focusing on a few would make sure that they are more occupied and lively.

Fantastic view. Cleanliness everywhere. Cozy beach with enough sun-beds and umbrellas. Big and comfortable room. But the best is the staff: everyone from janitor to manager is highly professional, they help you with any issues, and they are indeed pet-friendly. The spa was also a great experience. We tried only massages, but the pool and saunas looked nice. Underground secure parking has big parking spots.

The parking is pretty expensive. And one needs a car there to get to Rijeka/Opatija because local taxi service is horrible and pricey. The breakfast could be more diverse, as well as the restaurants' menus.

A very well built beach hotel, with great access to the seaside, excellent view from the room. Air conditioning is invaluable in the summer heat. Tea / coffee making set is also great to have. Breakfast was quite rich and of good quality. In-hotel garage is also very practical, especially as the parking situation is a real nightmare outside the hotel, essentially everywhere in the region. Staff is good and helpful, occasionally really excellent.

The hotel's health & wellness centre appeared significantly underutilized and it did not appear particularly attractive. Maybe off-season periods are different. A bathtub in every room would be a great addition. The hotel is located between settlements, and so moving around in the region is hindered by the heavy lack of car parking everywhere and the absence of transparent and efficient public transportation.

Otherwise, the hotel maintains high quality and comfort and friendly and helpful service, including a wonderful sea view.

We came for the second time and we can compare. I think you have raised the prices in the restaurants and on the beach ridiculously compared to last year. I was really disappointed with the behaviour of the guests. I would suggest dividing the beach into families and children and families without children. We have a child who was not with us therefore we can judge that some families allow their children to do almost everything. If they do it at home their choice , but in the company of other people it is annoying. No one is curious about a hysterically screaming child next to them on a sun lounger when they have come to rest.

Buffet breakfast was great - and the view right over to Opatiaja! We don’t have young kids - but we have had them in the past - pool set up and kids club look very good for catering to kids.

One small thing - the relationship between the air con and the balcony door could have been explained a little bit better. We did not understand exactly how to check that the door was fully closed - looked fine to me - but aircon remained off, and when we returned late afternoon the room was really hot.

Hello there! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this phenomenal hotel over the weekend, and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember. The breakfast was not only delicious, but also boasted impressive quality. Let's not forget about the room itself - it was stunning with a modern touch and the beds were so cozy, I didn't want to leave. And that view? Wow, it was truly breathtaking! However, the true cherry on top of this already delightful stay was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their kind demeanor was the icing on the cake. I have to give a special shout-out to Nika, the most helpful and kind-hearted receptionist I've ever met. She assist us with anything we needed, and did so with a warm smile that just made our day. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay with exceptional service, look no further. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!

Location is really great for me. About 7 hours of slow driving from Czech. Hotel located at the sea with private beach, very well equiped, very good various restaurants in it and great places for kids as well. Hotel gym is great, spacious, equiped quite well. There is also indoor pool and places to stay while outside the weather is not good. Great for holiday even for business. Staff is very helpful and kind for all time. Staying there was perfect. If you are comming with EV there is 6 or 8 charger points in the parking place in front of the hotel. One of the best hotel places in Croatia that I like to visit again.
