The front desk staff were efficient and fluent in our language (English). It's a standard airport hotel, large with a good sized restaurant and bar. The rooms were clean and they have a free shuttle that runs to the airport every twenty minutes. Not inexpensive, but airport rarely are.

The Barcelona airport is huge, and the two terminals are so far apart they might as well be separate airports. So the hotel would be an hour walk and taking a cab from the nearest train station is a must. But again, they offer a free shuttle to the airport, and it is the closest hotel to the terminals.

Friendly capable staff. They remembered to put a crib in one room ahead of arrival (other hotels did not remember this even though requested in advance. They did what they said they would do including ordering our morning shuttle on time. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The fact that there was a shuttle bus from the airport to this hotel was very much appreciated!!!

Did not love the restaurant. Was not a big deal as there was something to eat though very plain. The staff was very friendly which was great so no worries as this was just a pass through anyway.

This property was incredible for the price! My husband and I were traveling with my mother and booked a Jr suite. We were not sure if there would be a third bed for her of if one of us would sleep on the couch, in the end the couch pulls out and they had already prepped it for us! The lobby is very fancy, the staff is kind and having a free hotel shuttle made long travel days way easier.

The only issue we had was that the shuttle pick up (from the airport) information was not super obvious. We had to ask the information desk at the airport where to go and then needed to ask other travelers if they knew about our shuttle timing and luckily they did! In case anyone is reading this while standing helplessly at the airport shuttle pick up location. It's a white van with the name of the hotel listed on a piece of paper on the dash and it comes past the pick up locations at both terminals every 20 minutes or so.

We liked that it was close to the airport, and the shuttle service was very convenient. It was the main reason we selected this hotel. The hotel staff was fluent in English, and made the check-in process very easy.

I was surprised that only instant coffee was provided. I would have enjoyed the experience more if there was a coffeemaker or Nespresso machine in the rooms. We had to leave very early for a flight, so going out for a coffee wasn´t an option if we were not satisfied with instant. In addition, the air conditioner was confusing to operate and the instructions were unclear.

Convenient Hotel with Airport Shuttle, gym room and a soundproofing room! The shuttle bus to airport is 24 hrs every 20mins. Don't forget to tell the receptionist while check in.

We wanted to order food from Room Service but they told us it will be ready around 30min. (For only French fries) so we decided not to order anything since it was our night cravings and we didn't want to wait for that long. The Gym room was kind of small, there were enough machines for cardio but unfortunately the fitness weight machine was unplugged and not ready to use. The A/C is not cool. Idk if it's really Europe thing with aircon. You can't tell which temp degrees and it didn't work the way like the normal aircon does. We put it on the should be lowest temp but still feels really warm. Thank God it was not hot summer yet in Barcelona.

This is a nice hotel to spend the night for a long layover. We stayed here for that reason and were glad to have a nice place to sleep and shower. There is a free shuttle from and to the airport. When you arrive at the airport go all the way to the end of the white canopy. It says "the middle" in the email they send you, but it is towards the end.

I guess it was because of our check-in time (we arrived almost at midnight), but the welcome from the staff was just basic. Also, they should have water bottles and not just two small cans of water in the room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the guy who checked us in (to my shame I never caught his name properly Marc/Marco/Mario?). Couldn't do any more for us. Everyone's English was impeccable too. Concierge/waiting staff/driver all friendly and helpful. Airport transfer so handy and very good availability.

Struggling for negatives. Probably unfair but name - ended up at different hotel close by because taxi driver thought we were going there when showed him reservation.

This location is very good for a next day flight. The free shuttle service runs on time and several times an hour in the morning and many times during the day. One must schedule the night before if possible and this must be done with checking in. Very convenient.

It was a little difficult to find. We took the Metro and got off at a nearby stop but then walked to the wrong hotel (same name but by a different company), but luckily, we hailed a taxi going by and the driver was nice enough to take us another 2 miles to the correct hotel. We paid her for her kindness. I would recommend taking a taxi all the way to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, very clean, such a warm welcome by the reception staff, (forgot the name of the lovely gentleman in the reception). Great transport communication to the center of Barcelona and a hotel shuttle bus to the airport. Big rooms, plug sockets next to the beds and tasty food.

The thing I didnt 't like was the price, very expensive but we booked only a few days before arriving so this could be the reason. Would be nice if the hotel had a swimming pool or some kind of entertainment, such as music in the lounge etc.

The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was excellent, including a very early morning ride to the airport. The hotel is in a good location to the airport. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was very good but not much was on the menu.

The location is close to the airport but far from everything else. There are no restaurants or stores in the area so you are kind of forced to eat at the hotel restaurant. You can take the L80 bus into town from a nearby bus stop. It is also close to the Mas Blau metro station but I'm not sure where that goes.
