I love the fact that my dogs could stay with us and the location is nice. Close to all the beaches in and around Jacksonville without all the tourist and foot traffic. The bar wasn't too loud and we stayed right outside of it. It was peaceful. Clean rooms and housekeeping always came by to make sure we didn't need anything. Then when we had an issue after getting home about the deposit, I talked to the lady at the front desk her name is Amanda, and she got everything taken care of and it was an issue with the card we paid the deposit with but she was kind friendly and she even called me back to help me figure everything out until it was resolved. Thank you, Amanda! I would definitely go back.

There is nothing bad to say except maybe give Amanda and the housekeeping services a bonus 🙂. They made the stay feel more like home. Nice friendly service!

The staff was really helpful, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine, pool looked nice though I didn't have time to use it, and the location was good (close to the beach).

I did not appreciate that Fox News was on in the dining/breakfast area. It's a very divisive "news" outlet. I understand that some people like it but the angry biased tone is not how I want to start my day and enjoy my breakfast. Something more neutral would be better.

I absolutely loved the kitchen facilities, having cupboards as well as a microwave and fridge was most useful. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The reception staff also extremely helpful and they had hot coffee available in reception 24/7 for you to go and help yourself.

Sadly I had a couple of bugs in the room that I had to kill (it’s Florida, you get them, no big deal). However, I was on my way out and knew the cleaners were due so did not remove them (one on floor, one on work surface). When I came back later they were still there. The cleaners had been, my bed was made and the bathroom clean but it looks as though the kitchen area had not been touched. I went to reception to ask if that area was my responsibility to clean and it was not so he sent the cleaners straight back. However, this was not the only thing. My coffee for the machine had not been refilled and there was a lot of dust on light fittings by the bed and near the kitchen sink area. This really let the property down.

Very clean rooms. Lovely colors scheme. Good breakfast. AC worked great!

Personal conflict with other guest. Guest was shoving small three year old boy child staying with mother, mother’s boyfriend and grandmother. Boyfriend was hitting child and shoving him into their vehicle. When little boy started yelling for his mommy the man appeared to hit the little boy three times. I involved myself not knowing if the child may have been in the throws of a child abduction and the boyfriend became irate. I then spoke with the grandmother and mother when she came out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the property is kept up by the staff and the room was was cute and had everything I needed for an extended stay the bed was super comfortable and that is a huge plus the staff accepted my Amazon packages which I appreciated the breakfast was good and the pool was nice location great for east access to freeways and the beach I felt pretty safe and when there was an issue staff handled it promptly Job well done!

Occasionally some sketchy people but that is almost anywhere now

very comfortable rooms, clean & affordable. the bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. we stayed 8 nights. all staff were very polite. super close distance to everything: 10 mins to the beach (18th street) 10 mins to Neptune/ Atlantic beach with lots of local bars. lots of restaurants close by.

friday and saturday night we struggled to find parking, i assume because of the Pub. you can hear everything going on outside. we had some noisy neighbors that were up around 6 am a few days that we stayed. we could hear their whole phone conversation.

The pool was nice the location was great I've been here several times and stated this hotel specifically is always a good experience The room is always clean and it's usually it always a no hassle check-in

The facilities are good that's the only thing I didn't give a 10 and it's just a little wear and tear is all The facilities aren't brand new you can tell the hotel's been there for a moment but otherwise it's clean up kept it's nice I love staying here especially with the location

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. I appreciate them 🙏🏾. They go above and beyond for the customer. Very spacious rooms. I love the nice calming aesthetics and Feng shui I love that there is a bar connected to the hotel. They have a great continental breakfast and a market store by the front desk.

There's nothing that I didn't like. I would ask for: - oatmeal with toppings like raisins, brown sugar, and butter - quiche - pacante sauce for eggs

It was a nice stay. Check in and check out was super easy. Staff was very friendly even at 1130pm. It was a quiet stay even with attached pub. I could hear it from the parking lot but once I got in my room, silence.

When I made my reservation it asked how many guest. I selected 4. When I got into my room there were only 2 regular size towels, 2 hand towels, and one wash cloth. No big deal really but I think you should be given atleast the amount of guest you have at checkin

AC wasn't working properly we usually set the AC to 75 and this time we had to lower to 69 but didn't feel not even 75 floor feel et from the humidity of the room and AC
