we love staying at this hotel! It's not the most luxurious or fanciest, even better than that, it's like being at home. It is so comfortable and has everything you need, lots of space and privacy, it's so quiet, the beds are comfy, room is very clean, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The gym and pool are also wonderful. Anytime we are staying in the area this is where we will be staying. we have stayed here a few times and it's by far better than any of the other options.

everything was great. No cons!

The hotel is conveniently located just off the HWY. It was very peaceful and quiet. Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room had a stocked kitchenette. Obviously you bring your own food. The indoor pool was well maintained and even had pool floats for the kids. There was a good selection for breakfast every morning. Fruit infused water and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating when we needed clean towels. We'd stay here again!

The 3rd floor stunk horribly! I know Marijuana is legal in Illinois but out of respect for others it should have been smoked outside. I ended up having to take benadryl nightly while we were there. The pool had way too many chemicals in it! My son ended up with a chemical burn on his shoulder and wasn't able to swim for the rest of our stay. The beds weren't very comfortable but I haven't stayed in many hotels where the beds were.

Great breakfast, lots ofchoices

We asked to be located near our family so we could help with little kids. We were told that this would happen. But when we arrived we were placed 20 rooms away on a different hallway. This is the second time that we've requested this at this hotel and did not get our rooms near each other

I loved how clean and updated the place is. The rooms are perfect with everything needed for a comfortable stay. And Breakfast was Amazing as well as having access to a pool and gym over all loved it

Only thing would be the TV it could be Updated the Cable would Not work with some channels and it would be static if they had a Netflix, Hulu or even smart TV option to Screen Cast from a personal Phone that would be wonderful.

Traveling for a tennis tournament with my daughter-location, room amenities (1 bedroom with separate bathroom, kitchen), breakfast and fitness, staff were exceptional—very quiet, clean, comfortable—highly recommend and will stay for any upcoming tournaments again!

The breakfast was amazing! Tons of options and things changed a little each day. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. The front desk staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast attendant was also kind and helpful. The pool was a good size and clean. My husband enjoyed the work out area.

The only complaint we had was no hot tub and the kitchen was a little smaller than we needed but neither of those were big deals.

Very clean, and the suite was spacious.

The staff were okay, I feel they could have been a bit more interactive. The breakfast was a bit of a mess, the staff were slow bringing refills of food out. I think that there should be 2 waffle batter containers one on each side. Would make the process a bit easier.

Amenities and friendly staff

Our family lacks fresh vegetables, unsweetened yogurt and cheese options for breakfast. Everything else is great.

The associate that greeted me and assisted during the check-in process was outstanding. Also, I LOVED the fact you had a Peloton Bike in the workout facility!!!

For the value, I can’t think of a thing that would need to change.

All the staff there was extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect. You are close to the highway and in an area close to food and shopping area.
