The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and there were amazing touches such as lemon water available at all times that made our stay feel so welcoming. The food was amazing, the coffee was made available throughout the day and the beds were extremely comfortable. The extras in the room were also incredible. We really enjoyed having a microwave and a refrigerator. It seemed as though the hotel was definitely made for people who needed long-term places to stay such as on projects because of all the extras.

We were disappointed that the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke. We did complain about it so they were aware but I did not notice anything done to remedy the smell. The toilet also did not look clean in parts (it looked like smoke had discolored part of the toilet) and the pool was very cloudy and did not look clean so we skipped it. It was listed as a non-smoking hotel but most definitely did not appear to be enforcing that rule. Those are easy things to remedy. The bedding and towels were very clean and the location was perfect for us. I think we would stay there again, but we would probably check the room first to be sure it didn't smell of smoke.

I like the fact that the staff accommodated my every need, if I had a request a complaint,whatever they did everything to rectify my needs.the staff went over and beyond to make sure my stay Was comfortable ❤️ House keeping was outstanding I even tipped them. As I stated the staff was great and I let them know it. I treated them with respect, and they reciprocated, with the same respect. I found my home away from home. Thank you again comfort suites❤️and whenever I return comfort suites will be where I will stay.🙏🏿🤗🤗🙌🏿

There was not one thing I did not like.

Responsive staff helped to make this stay feel safe and comforting. When I had a problem the staff was quick to get it corrected. It helped especially when dealing with 3 young ones. I wish more hotels were like this one!

I honestly didn't find out see anything that I did not like about this place.

Convenient, quiet, priced well and well kept.. it checks all the boxes for a good place to stay in the area and I'll certainly be using it again.

Breakfast is not a strength of this hotel, so while you can count on it for a quick bite to not starve, it wasn't more than a really basic continental option.

It was clean and and the lady had the breakfast fully stocked and clean . The staff are friendly as well

I don’t know if we’re supposed to ask for more fresh towels but house keeping didn’t come in and take trash or give fresh towels, we stayed 2 nights.

The desk staff was excellent. From shift to shift, especially the night and morning shifts, they treat you like you're returning home. They go out thier way to make sure the guest are comfortable. The property is clean from the front door to the room. Great job people!

If i had to say anything to this question, i would say I wish it was a larger selection for breakfast. Otherwise I really have nothing negative to say.

The staff was Amazing!! Hotel nice and clean!!

They should reserve the 1st floor Only for families with children, because when you try to sleep at night or sleep in, in the mornings all you hear is bumping, talking and thudding. And the apple juice tasted watered down !!

Everything was perfect from the jacuzzi in the room to the comfortable bedding. The continental breakfast was basic and fulfilling. We normally stay at this hotel when we travel in town. Well worth the price!

The staff was exceptional - everyone smiled and greeted us which made our stay even better as we were in town for my mother’s funeral. Thrilled yo see convenient wall plugs, USB ports snd even plugs on lighting fixtures. The lobby and breakfast area were inviting and clean- the first impression was excellent

Rooms need updating. Cannot close curtains all the way, holes and stains on window coverings, coffee maker was too scummy to use, closet door is out of alignment and needs to be refinished seating area is a nice size, but too dark for reading - I ended up moving over the corner floor lamp

It was nice. It was clean. It was convenient.

The padding under the sheet was not good... every time I turned it rolled up which was not comfortable.
