Location is good and many shops nearby.prominent stores like kohl etc are 1.5 mile away.The staff is good and accomodate late check in and in general helpful.within walking distance there are good eateries and liquor/provisional store is just 500 metres from the place.

Rooms are generally clean but the ac is old .The bathrooms are clean but sometimes hairs are all over.Also the rooms are not that clean and dont be surprised to find stuff left over from previous occupant,in my case i found a samsung3 watch lying on the floor under the table which means the housekeeping staff dont clean properly.Breakfast options are standard ok .But overall good for short stay,and value for money..

INCREDIBLE STAFF - most concerned about our comfort. Friendly - always smiling and always incredibly courteous. Concerned our room met our standards. Went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We stayed at several other hotels in the area and this way far exceeded our expectations and by far this one was the most affordable, comfortable and best value - more bang for the buck. This was the first hotel we stayed at that we were able to sleep through the night with minimal noise.

Didn't really have any dislikes.

The staff was excellent, prompt, courteous and helpful. They put me in an end room by the staircase as I am a solo female traveler I felt safer there and wanted to be away from people. They gave me a good placement, I also was able to get good sleep.

Idk if the people staying there were just being inconsiderate and leaving their refuse in the hallway but it was not very clean out there. I did sustain what looked to be a spider bite on my arm, they were very apologetic. The manager was not available throughout the morning that day but they actually did say they would call me about the problem and planned to have a pest control come in to investigate the situation.

The first thing we noticed was how friendly the staff was. They were all helpful and working really hard. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. would book again!

there was a soggy towel wedged behind the bathroom door when we arrived in our room. the rest of the room was pretty clean though so it didn’t bother us.

Much cheaper than downtown Birmingham location good. Rooms are practically new after a recent makeover. Bathroom is super compact. Beds super comfy.

Great location to family’s house and great value.

Breakfast seemed to run out each day and staff had to be asked to fill in the items. Also the outlet in bathroom didn’t work making hair drying hard.

poor paint job in bathrooms made it feel dirty… but we knew it wasn’t. could hear everyone in their rooms.

The room was clean and furniture up to date. Bathroom was a walk in shower which I liked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect. We loved our room even though it was a little small.

The bed covers were dirty and the bathroom too
