Lori (front desk) went above & beyond for us. My husband had just recently had heart surgery & was not feeling well at all. She signed us up for the rewards program and let us check in way earlier than we expected too. Since we had to leave so early to get to the airport, she let us get stuff for breakfast so we would have something to eat before we left. She was so friendly & extremely understanding of our situation. We will definitely stay there again when back in MN. The hotel overall was so neat & clean. I was super impressed. TY again Lori for making our stay great !!!!

Didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. You do need to speak with the staff to order room cleaning just so you know. It’s not everyday. For the shoppers, The location is near Hy-Vee, Ulta, Walmart and next to it is a small Sephora, T.J Maxx & Marshalls. It’s also about 10-20 minutes away from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall and Mall of America.

Hmm, after Covid they stopped having the airport shuttle which is a little disappointing but we just rented a car so it was no biggie.

I arrived early, and my room was available for an early check-in.

Room appeared not to have been stayed in for awhile, and could have used freshening up. Boiled eggs were available my first morning, there was only one my second morning, and even after mentioning to the front desk that second morning, there were no boiled eggs my third morning.

The facility was super clean, the bathroom smelled like bleach, which is a good thing, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The pancake maker was a super nice change from the standard waffle maker at every other hotel.

The decor was a little dated and the blackout curtain in our room (210) was cracked in several places from either being old or the humidity.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good as fresh and healthy. Room is clear and have enough supplies. A/C unit is working very good.

The man's toilet at Business Center did not clear daily. Lot of meetings are conducting at the Business Center's meeting rooms Monday to Thursday.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Only thing was there is no heat. we stayed in September and the low temps dropped to mid 40s. It does have a fireplace, but the daytime temp grew to upper 80s and low 90s. We did not want to use the fireplace. If that the only bummer about the trip it's not bad. I will stay here again if I get back to Montanna. I recommend it.

Quiet, heard no other guests, never heard traffic from interstate outside, breakfast was great, close parking, many close restaurants, attractions and ameneties,

Nightly rate was jacked up for whatever activities were going on in town that weekend

Room- the room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, clean- the facility was clean and kept up well.

I had to ask 3 times for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed.

It was clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

They were definitely short staffed. There was supposed to be a shuttle service and a person running the continental breakfast. The employees did well trying to do it all! No shuttle service available at all though.

Every thing was great. The breakfast was great. Staff was great.

The carpet in my room, near the bed, the side next to the window, needs to be stretched. It is a tripping hazard but other than that everything was great.
