Location. it’s close to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. We stayed in a king suite, the tub was awesome. All of the staff was very courteous and friendly.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes. Our room was ok, but as soon as you stepped into the hallway, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk neglected to tell housekeeping that we had a late checkout, so we got a knock on the door at check-out time. Not her fault, but I could tell she was embarrassed. Also, not sure why, but you didn’t have to use your room key to access the side entrance? Both my husband and I were. concerned about this.

Ease of access, great breakfast choices, wonderful staff who assisted with room reservation issue.

Small pool and water quality were not the best. Not knowing the reserved suite for 3 had an open bathroom so there was NO privacy. The a/c cover needs attention, shower heads need attention. Rooms need a comfortable chair to sit in somewhere as the chairs at the table are harsh.

Awesome Breakfast, we were right down the hall it was clean and stocked. I asked for a low level room since I can hardly walk and I was super happy with our rooms location.

I was staying in sat night and the TV volume was locked and I was not able to hear it at all. Very Annoyed. Also I am a short person and had a terrible time getting into bed. I had to hop on it just to get in ! How would smaller children get into that bed is beyond me.

Honestly I loved how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was the best and so was the lady who took care of everything. She was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing really. except maybe the 25 dollars a night for our little dog. I think that's a little over prices, other places we have stayed was like 10 a night. But our room was clean and smelled great.

Pet friendly. There is an area for dogs out back with waste disposal bags. Accommodated our request for location close to exit for us to be able to easily go out with our pets. Fee for pets is additional $15 per pet per night at the time of our stay in April 2022. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We stayed in a Queen room with 2 beds. There were 3 of us with 2 dogs and we were very comfortable. Beds had multiple pillows with different softness so you could choose what you like...at least it seemed that way to me. Overall, a great deal for the price.

Breakfast didn't have any healthy choices for me. I am a diabetic and was unable to eat there. So if you are on a strict diet or special diet, plan ahead.

Breakfast had more variety than I expected. The coffee was always hot no matter the time and options like hot cocoa, and hot tea were available all day as well. Comfortable bed, very clean room.

The pool had some kind of chemical foam film that deterred us from swimming. One of our towels were very linty, the other 3 seemed fine though.

It's a good location, and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room was mostly what I expected.

I didn't like that there wasn't a door or a sliding screen between the bathroom area and the rest of the room that I could find. Some kind of nightlight would have also been helpful.

The continental breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff working the breakfast area were very friendly and attentive making sure everything was filled when running low.

The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool area needed some attention. There were a ton of young kids unsupervised running and jumping into the pool, acting wild & crazy…it was hard to relax worrying if one of them would get hurt.

The room was clean and pretty much what one would expect for the price. The staff was friendly and professional. The internet worked well, and there weren't hoops to jump through to connect.

First off, it was difficult to find the place. There were two hotels right beside each other, and there were no signs telling me where I was supposed to go. It would've been nice had the bathroom not been so small.

Everything the room, the pool, hot tub, the breakfast. The staff was friendly.

My reservation wasn't fully booked. It should've been until the 1st. I went downstairs to reserve for the whole weekend and she only added one night on and now all the rooms are booked and we have no where to stay! And I don't think she gave back my credit card.
