I stayed for 1 night quarantine from the airport. The airport pick up and transport was awesome. The staff at the front desk were great and I liked the rooftop pool area. Only downside was that the floors were weird in the room I didn’t want to walk around (squishy linoleum).

Great location, really lovely staff, huge comfortable bed, room was bigger and nicer looking than in photos! We were impressed. Great view from the room, nice city line and could see the sunset. Pool area was nice but small. We went up to watch sunset one evening and it was too crowded so went back inside. The shower was amazing, great water pressure and nice and hot! Free drinking water bottles in fridge was nice. Lots of wardrobe space.

The aircon was pretty bad, took a good 2 hours or so for the room to get down to the set temperature. No amount of fiddling with the settings made it speed up so that was a little frustrating when it was sweltering outside.

The hotel is conveniently located if you want to visit the main temples or go for a shopping spree by short taxi rides. The Deluxe Twin Room had a very large and comfortable bed. The shower was large and the shampoo/body wash/conditioner were nice. The small infinity pool on the top floor is a nice add-on.

When I checked in I was allocated a room right in front of the elevators. I didn’t even enter the room that I went back to reception and kindly asked for another room, further away from the elevators. While they could change it, the receptionist was rolling her eyes at her colleagues and bad-mouthing in Thai. I expected to be better treated.

I absolutely loved it, it was my first hotel I have stayed at so far and it actually exceeded my expectations. Unlike a lot of hotels this hotel looked exactly like the pictures. The rooftop pool was amazing and the sky bar.I like how it's not too busy. At night it is magical. The room was comfortable with a massive shower. Also the cafe downstairs also shocked me because the prices are really good. Overall I was really impressed and I will be going there again.

Really small thing but only that the tv didn't have Netflix. Only normal tv which is mostly Thai. So I didn't end up watching the tv. Would be good if the tv was a smart tv. Besides from that everything was great.

Friendly and helpful stuff - we left our luggage before our check in time without any problems. Very comfy beds and spacy room for two. A view is becoming more amazing when staying more higher (obviously). It's not perfect location if you want to be closer to main palaces and temples, but very good place to very good/cheap shoppings and most higher viewpoint (King Power Mahanakhon) and night life in Soy Cowboy street :D This location is also very urban with many of high buildings, so it's best idea to divide your stay in Bangkok into two parts - staying in this area and staying in are near the King palace/China town. The hotel also have not big, but very nice infinity pool (be aware to ask working hours and try to come early in the morning - very amazing view!). Also we have very good breakfast - very nice variety and delicious! And they serving kind a early in the morning, couse we was on time with our early flight :)

Pool could work longer in the evening and was not working lounge bar (on some higher floor) our staying days.

Super Hôtel! We stayed in our last day in Thailand. Great way to finish this beautiful trip. Really nice view, day and night from the rooftop bar. People are really respectful, and rapidly gave us fast solutions. It is well located, close to public transportation, and even walking distance to several touristic points. The room are just as they are presented in booking. All clean, practical and all essentials included, also well spaced room. For the breakfast we had variety of options, delicious.

Only small negative point was the need to use a credit card absolutely having the same name as the booking reservation, which is not always the case…

Our room was well presented, comfortable and a good size. Slept really well here. We did not require much interaction with staff, but as always in Thailand, the people are friendly and helpful. The location was good. Turn left when you walk out of the hotel to reach the busier areas / bars etc as this direction appeared to have more going on.

I felt like the pool area was getting a little bit tired and there was a lack of staff about. We sat up during the day and the bar was not open and the seating was not out. It was a lovely pool...but could do with a revamp.

The rooftop pool and bar were amazing - great views. The sheets were so soft. The shower was huge. The WiFi was great. Good location - near to the MRT subway.

We booked the hotel room 3 months in advance and asked for a king bed, which somehow wasn't available when we checked in so we had to sleep on two singles. We then got moved to a king bed room the next day with a worse view, except the king bed was two singles pushed together! So there was this ditch in the middle of our 'king' bed.

Convenient location to Metro, also possible walk distance to Chinatown, MBK Room to the back side was very calm Nice baby cots, good size for 1 yr olds or younger Breakfast was good, nice staff there looking for the tourists

No nice welcome at reception, room was not ready. A message to the reception staff: please note that most people have a long distance flight behind them, especially with kids even more stressful! A warm welcome even with a cool drink while waiting would be appropriate.

I like the bed as it is very big and comfortable. The poolside bar is great too as it has some great views. Location wise is also good as 10mins walk from BTS and very near to King Power and Siam area for shopping.

I don't like the breakfast as the variety is little and quite the same. The poolside bar if can extend till 2am for Friday and Saturday night would be great. Love to hang around in the premises but closed at 12am.
