Room was excellent as usual. Very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was just appropriate for me and airport proximity is great for my international flight.

I wish I had a microwave to heat food when required but unfortunately, this facility is not provided. Hopefully, this can be arranged in future for guest with this specific request. Also, frequent guests like me who wish to keep their extra baggage for storage should be able to do that at no extra cost because I will always return to same hotel before my departure trip.

I stayed at this hotel from January 6-9. I was assigned to room 2110. All the staff were friendly, accommodating whether I was asking for extra soap, breakfast, seeking clean paper money to take as a souvenir, or calling a taxi. Overall I was treated as a family member. However, I would like to praise and give a special thank you to Miss. Riya, at the front desk. She always greeted me with friendliness. When I asked Ms. Riya if my room included breakfast, she said not to worry. She spoke with the dining room staff, and thanks to her I was able to enjoy a full breakfast and coffee during my stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable and quite. There is one staff who shown us a great hospitality and help, her name is Carla she is philipino lady I can't appreciate her enough.

Most of staff did not know English, breakfast was normal and same everyday I was expected varieties. Also there were no open baufet in lunch and dinner. In addition, the menu was limited as well. The internet was very slow and I had to use mobile data instead.

The breakfast was amazing. However it would be nice if the food was labelled. I ate pork for the first time in my life because I thought it was Turkey meat which made my breakfast experience a little unpleasant. However over all great place and good food.

The towels in the bathroom were dirty. Which lead me not to use the hotel bathrooms towels and some of the bottles like the shower gel and shampoo were empty.

The staff was nice; they have a very cooperative receptionist called Nur, she was really helpful. If you are going here for work, then the location is good. But don't expect to be close to the city center. I like the small shop they have next to the reception, to get drinks etc.

Perhaps they can do something about the specific spice odour in the hotel. Parts of the hotel smell of spices. Also, the cooling is functional but not powerful. So if you are someone who like Siberia kind of cold, word of caution.

The staff was very helpful. Location is also very convenient - there is a mall and Meydan street near the mosque (15 min walk from the hotel) where one can eat and shop.

Temperature in the room was rather high for this season (beginning of May) in Istanbul. Air conditioning was automatic, so no way to adjust the temp manually. But we were explained that the staff was working to switch the temperature mode from winter to summer season. I hope it's all done after we left the hotel. Breakfast was not rich as in other Turkish hotels; perhaps because Istanbul is different than typical seaside tourist locations like Antalya or Bodrum. Some food was not fresh. Other than that everything was okay.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff! Helpfull from begining to the end of our staying. View from my 21st floor was super, city and sea view 👌 Housekeeping extremly helpfull and polite I like them too much. Overall super hotel with comfortable rooms and super breakfast!

A lot of Arabic people making noise in the night too much, that is only what I didn't like... they are very loud and slaping room doors until 2-3 in the morning.

Staff was very very nice and the room had perfect curtains to keep the room dark. Windows could be opened which is always a plus.

Had some issues with the termostat in the room but solved with the window. Breakfast is not flawless in terms of taste and choice.

Professional Staff especially Ruya. She is a very nice and great person and used to welcome us daily with her wonderful hospitality style. Breakfast menu is rich and location is good I would indeed recommend this hotel to everyone

Nothing to dislike :) Hotel is great and what made it greater is the warm hospitality by Ruya
