The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a huge bed. Air conditioning was very much appreciated. And it was great to have a pool, and be able to cool down in the humidity.

Oddly, there was nowhere to hang towels, or anything in the bathroom. The hotel was very frugal with their bathroom provisions, such as bodywash and tissues. Not the best view from the window, but I suppose it is to be expected from a business hotel, and being slightly out of the centre.

Staff great…bar really nice ..the hotel is modern and clean ..breakfast was good continental selection and hot eggs and bacon

Breakfast wasn’t replenished quickly… ran out of eggs and sausages …we had to ask as did others …and no glasses for juice … the hotel is a little bit difficult to locate as it’s beside a car showroom but you have to turn the corner before you see the hotel ..

Location of hotel, would have thought with name ' centre ville' would have been a bit nearer to old Aix city, A lot of car dealers around making it difficult to walk around. But still only 15min walking distance and

Everything in the standard for a work trip. Internet should be better. Breakfast is very good with good coffee and pastry. Not fresh Orange juice. Few fruits. Good parking both out and inside the hotel.

Yogurt was old, expired. Staff should control better all food before put it out in breakfast.

Very uncomfortable bathtub. Weekend night staff very unfamiliar with resolution of unexpected events. She did not know what to do and did not want to call her manager because it was Saturday evening (7:00pm). Please train staff on your policies to assure better service.

This hotel was everything we expected. The staff were lovely. So helpful and friendly. It was a short walk to the center. We would definitely return to this hotel. We were very impressed particularly with the staff. This is indeed a lovely hotel to stay in.

The only thing was that the hotel did not do any food, even a sandwich but this is only a small thing.

Very nice hotel with pool conveniently located a 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. Staff is very nice and helpful. It has an underground parking costing 14eur/day.

The mattress was a bit too soft and woke up with a bad back. The area around the hotel is not great but as it was close to the city centre I didn't really mind.

External lights don’t really work (motion sensors) so if you are outside after it gets dark you are on your own! Pool closes at 7pm too - an extra hour would be nice! Restaurant only does breakfast - would be nice if they offered dinner too but Aix has a lot of amazing places so not the biggest complaint!

Excellent facilities. New finishing inside the rooms including Nespresso machine. Great staff! Helped me check the safest route to Marseilles airport (bus not train). Lovely lobby seating area and high quality cleanliness.

Just slightly outside of the main town, but still able to walk into town centre.

The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. They were very tolerant of our poor language skills and made every effort to look after us. The hotel was smart, clean and well looked after.
