The aparthotel is very well located near the old town and all the restaurants. The room and bath were clean. The staff is nice and try to please their customers.

It's way too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast was really poor, with no healthy or qualitative options and it costs 12 EUR per person. Moreover the plates, cutlery and water glasses were not very well washed... Parking in their own underground parking costs extra than the already expensive room. Pets cost an extra 6 EUR per night. There was a sewer smell in the toilet room and the sink was clogged making weird sounds when the water was draining. We had a misunderstanding about breakfast which I had the impression it was included in the final price for the room and the staff offered a discount in order to settle the argument.

First of all great location. 10 minutes from the train station (walking distance) and 5 minutes to the city centre. A supermarket is just three minutes away. The hotel is lovely and the apartments are comfortable, have a good size and all what you need. The hotel's courtyard is great, it has hidden corners, seats, loungers and mostly is in the shade - great for playing with kids. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The lobby has a whole array of toys, books etc. that you can either play with in the lobby or take to your room. For a family trip this isa great hotel.

The kitchen is well-equipped but maybe some of the things good be replaced. The pots and pans had lots of scratches.

The apartment hotel had 24/7 reception and the rooms were quite roomy for 2 adults and a chihuahua dog. We didn't drive so I don't know about parking. The kitchenette was complete with electric stove top, all necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils, microwave and even a dishwasher and soap for it as well as soap if washing at the sink. The fridge was not full size, but adequate for a day or two of food storage. It also had a desk and pull out dining table. Since the rooms were only cleaned once a week, there were some self cleanng items like a vacum cleaner. All in all, it was clean and roomy and good for families as we noted there were quite a few families with children at the hotel.

Although clearly within walking distance of the center of town and all the tourist sites, it still is about a 10 to 15 min walk on some narrow sidewalks. We were staying for 9 days and had to ask for toilet paper each night. It would have been better to have at least 3 or 4 days worth of paper at a time. Also, the area of the hotel was a residential area with bakeries, restaurants etc. within easy walking. Unfortunately, times are difficult for many and there were some beggars and homeless on the streets. No one bothered us as we walked by except for asking for money. I'm sure this happens in all cities and countries in the world right now.

Clean room, with all that was needed for a short stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. Games available in the lobby are good for some light recreation. The Adagio family city guide was informative. Casino supermarket which is close by is open till midnight hence you can always buy something even if you are out the whole day visiting. Restaurants and the city center are within 8-10 minutes. Tourist center, where most of the tours originate is 7-8 minutes away. Luggage room is very useful to keep your luggage before check-in / after check-out. The property is a 9+ !

Hairdryer could have been better. A coffee machine would be a good addition. Slightly pricey - close call when evaluating for "value for money"

We had a spacious apartment on the ground floor that opened onto a private courtyard area. It's only a short walk down Bd de la Republique to the town centre at the big fountain. From here, you can pick up a walking tour, stroll around the old town and markets, or visit the Granet Museum. Near the apartment, there are 2 bakeries, handy for breakfast and lunch, and a supermarket. I recommend Restaurant Chez Nine for dinner. It's around the corner, just off Cr Sextius, then downstairs to an atmospheric cellar with a rock-vaulted ceiling. Authentic, high-quality food at a reasonable price and away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Beautiful apartment just a few minute walk from the center of old town. The apartment was modern, clean and very well equipped. The entire hotel was well kept and the staff were super helpful. Our apartment check-in was delayed about an hour due to staff shortage during the Bastille Day holiday weekend and the manager offered complimentary breakfast for the next day. The had maps of the old town and offered great suggestions for restaurants. This was our second stay in the Adagio hotel chain and will definitely look to book in the future. - only wished we had more time to stay in Aix!

Friendly staff, smooth check in process. Able to accommodate requests for twin room. Room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom and nice shower - good water pressure. Room had an iron which was great. Nice outside area to sit in the evening and location meant close to the city centre in under a 10 minute walk.

Only fault is that the room was a little noisy. We were the first room on the ground floor and they had a very squeaky door that often woke us up in the morning and talking outside the room. Otherwise no other faults!

The room is cozy and modern with an luxurious amount of wardrobe space. The kitchen is well equipped - I cooked breakfasts and dinners for myself and had everything I needed. The bathroom and shower are large, there is hair/body wash and a hairdryer. The windows are huge with a solid view, while blackout curtains keep the room dark at night. The 24/7 reception is nice.

I was there in January and the room got very cold at night. I assume there was something wrong with the heating system. Furtunately the reception gave me an eletric heater and an extra blanket, which solved my issues. I don't know if they have enough of those for the entire hotel, however.

First of all, the most important thing - very comfortable beds, including the sofa. Great location - close to city center, close to a 24/7 supermarket, a lot of rent-a-cars near by. Helpful staff, parking garage with a reasonable price. A lot of "extras" at the receptions - objects to borrow, welcome tea and lemonade, chocolate eggs, piano, table football.

The apartment is pretty small. Small kitchen, dining area almost non-existent.

The hotel is a short walk into the main town from a small side street. The apartment is very pleasant with a reasonable amount of space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and nicely designed.

The parking garage is a bit tight to get into if you have a large car. The large bathroom could have easily accommodated a toilet. There was a separate one off the hallway area but when a number of people stay 2 toilets would be very useful. The shower was underwhelming - not enough water pressure
