We stayed at B+B, Arras last year and liked it so much that we stayed for two nights this time and did a bit more exploring. The rooms are not particularly big but you only sleep and shower in them so they are fine for us; the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet overnight. The location is just off the ring road so it's easy to find and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager and there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.

I have no complaints.

For us, the location was perfect. Easy to get to from the toll road, plenty of facilities within walking distance. We had a small mechanical issue, so had to extend our stay. The staff arranged this with ease and kept us in the same room so that we didn’t need to move everything. Really helpful Small but tidy room with a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

The room was a bit warm when trying to sleep but not unbearable

Ideal for a B&B one night stop over. Breakfast was a good selection, and staff had a good attitude and where engaged were positive and polite. There was some road noise but not enough to be a nuisance and considering the location this is not surprising. Had a disabled room which had plenty of room around bed if you need it for a wheel chair and a shower/wetroom which again was of good size. The only negative on a one night stop is that their idea of a double bed is a 4 ft not even a 4ft 6, however I cannot blame the because I am a large female with back and arm problems which mean I sleep in an awkward position for husband if bed is only 4ft.

I understand wanting to give room all round for a wheelchair user but a 4ft bed is not adequate for a disabled person and carer. I would say they made a good attempt at access for someone with a disability, but maybe a larger bed without access on one side would be more comfortable for customer and carer or a second single bed which would have fitted at the foot of the bed. To be fair I simply booked a disabled double I do not know if they have a disabled room with single beds.

This Hotel was spotlessly clean set in manicured gardens with excellent parking and in a great location; the rooms were reasonably sized with comfy beds, clean sheets and towels and the manager was friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was a choice of either hot or a buffet breakfast which had plenty of options and you could choose an evening meal from one of the many restaurants and fast food outlets nearby including a large Auchan supermarket just across the road. I would definitely use this Hotel again.

I could not fault this Hotel.

Clean and convenient. Good aircon. Excellent value for money. Great for a stopover whilst travelling through France. The square in town centre is well worth visit if you have time. Really beautiful. Good shopping area just across the road from hotel with restaurants and bars and enormous supermarket to stock up on supplies.

No complaints. Cheep and cheerful hotel. As expected for the price.

Nice secure parking and an easy drive to the centre for dinner on the square - or more local fast food if you prefer. Room is basic and does what you need. Our double room had two towels and two pillows (one per person) so if you think you’ll need more, ask reception while it’s open.

The shower plug hole didn’t drain well so I had to turn the shower off and wait a bit so it didn’t overflow. We knew there wasn’t a fridge so didn’t expect one, but that would make a positive difference.

No reception at certain hours. You have to fiddle around with codes etc which is a headache after a long drive. I don’t usually go to hotels with 24/24 reception, this was a mistake when i booked. Would be a little spooky arriving late out of season with no reception.

It's warm friendly atmosphere, large car park all inside a secured boundary, which gives you a peace of mind, even more when also taking the family and dog.

The only thing I could really say that could be improved upon is the breakfast area , although this is adequate it could be a little larger.

Great location, 10 minutes from the main motorway network and very easy to find. The hotel had very clean rooms and bedding, friendly staff, secure and free parking and the use of a communal microwave was a bonus. Very close to large supermarkets and restaurants (within walking distance). Can definitely recommend for either a stopover en route elsewhere, or if you intend to visit Arras.

The breakfast is excellent. So calm and you have all the supermarket around....I think i will go back there soon.

The room they gave us was small for what I wanted because my husband went under surgery so he wasn't comfortable with the room being small...
