When we arrived at 0100 after a long day of travel, the check-in staff member was so kind and helpful! The room had enough room for my kids and myself with the beds ready for rest. In the morning, we enjoyed a quick and delicious breakfast before getting back on the road. It was altogether a pleasant stay.

I may have missed it so this is just me trying to think of something but: I would have liked to see written instructions for how to use the egg boiler with a list of standard times for preferred doneness.

This hotel was surprisingly good, especially for the price. We only needed an overnight stay after a long drive, and this hotel was great for what we needed. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the heating worked well (it was very cold outside), and the parking was locked for the night, which provided peace of mind; the wifi was fast and readily available. At first, we were a little nervous after seeing the area on Google maps, but the hotel was a surprisingly good find for what it is.

A budget hotel a bus ride from Arras. Google maps suggested there was no public transport from it into Arras but there was a bus stop with a frequent service adjacent to the hotel. They do not have a conventional restaurant but they do provide traditional French meals in Kilner type jars which are microwaved. These are inexpensive and tasty. The young lady on reception was very helpful.

My satnav struggled slightly to find it - od satnav - new roads.

Disability access room we have used several times here. Clean and well equipped. Shower cream excellent. Staff great and very helpful.

My husband found the mattress too firm but that is personal preference. Breakfast o.k.but for the money we have decided in future to have croissants and coffee at the local boulangerie Louise.

large very clean and comfortable room, with excellent bed, and good quality food with 24 hr availability. Very good breakfast with good variety of food. Excellent secure on-site parking, and good location for autoroute access. Have stayed here a number of times, both on north and south bound journeys, and we always find the facilities to be excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

We were really pleased with this hotel. The staff were nice, it was exceptionally clean, the room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the shower also good. We didn’t notice any problem with noise and there is onsite parking. Great value for money IMO. The location is excellent, close to the motorway. It is right by a McDonalds, but even better is that exactly next door is a lovely Italian restaurant with fabulous pizza and very friendly staff. Breakfast at the hotel is continental with a good selection and you can boil yourself an egg if you want. We would definitely stay here again

shower head had leak.Shower mixer tap didn't work properly.You had to have it set to half pressure to have warm/hot water if u fully pulled tap it turned into cold which is not nice when u in u will be in shock.No coffe machine in room nor kettle.

Great facility and parking arrangements.

Overall staff were very good, but this was spoilt by the morning receptionist being too officious and a bit of a jobsworth. Some customer care training is required for this individual. Otherwise all other staff contact was exceptionally good.

Spacious modern clean room. Lift to all floors. Convenient access to Arras and to motorway north and south. Very good breakfast. Good choice of in-room light meals. Good secure free parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. McDonalds + another restaurant next door.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. A good location for us, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Breakfast was good; nicely presented and plenty of fresh food. The pizza restaurant next door was good too.
