Very friendly staff, everyone will always acknowledge you which I thought was very professional. There's 2 pools to relax in, the indoor pool was more to my liking as the outdoor pool was cold, not heated. The lobby has plenty of seating to relax in, read a book, take breakfast or dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, a good size bathroom and very clean. Private parking accessed via an entrance gate made me feel good about leaving the car and the hotel is a 10 minute drive into the heart of Avignon.

The gym was smaller than expected, if a guest is already in there then you have to wait your turn to use the equipment. The outdoor pool is very cold. We had to ask for bathroom towels on arrival as these weren't in the room and the shower gel was empty which was a shame as they use a very nice brand. I ordered the same dinner twice across our 4 night stay. The 1st time it was beautiful, hence ordering it again, the second time it was very different in appearance and produce, different chef maybe? It wasn't as good sadly. Small things but worth mentioning as it's a lovely hotel that has really nice staff working there so I'd like to think they'd want to fix these.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It has a private parking, which is great. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool or the spa, but they looked fantastic as well. Excellent breakfast too!

Unfortunately the area is awful, I personally would not dare to walk alone, and several other comments share this feeling. This is a shame, because the hotel really is wonderful (it is a gated property, so very safe overall). It is close to town (10 min by car), I think public transport is available nearby but the surroundings aren’t encouraging.

The indoor pool was seriously incredible. There was a mirror on the ceiling which was actually super fun! The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, about the size you'd expect. Also saw surprise geckos around the building (not inside, don't worry haha), which was cute!

Super weird bathrooms. There was a window looking from the bed directly over the toilet, which thankfully had shutters, but just a weird addition. The double doors (they were narrow, about a foot wide each) to the bathroom didn't close all the way, and left about an inch gap. There was also a fridge in there right next to the door, where you'd think shoes would go, and the fridge didn't actually keep anything cold. We thought it was broken, but when we asked the front desk, they said that the fridge stayed at about 15 degrees Celsius which was SO WEIRD!

Nice hotel with a small (narrow but decent length) swimming pool. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Free parking on site, secure behind a lockable gate. Outside terrace was nice to have but not really the right season to use it fully.

Location is about 3 km from Avignon and not really walkable. Narrow swimming pool means that only a few guests can use at the same time. Sauna was cold on both days we were there, despite it being within operating hours. "Hot" breakfast items were stone cold one morning, as they had forgotten to put the hot plate on. Service in the restaurant both nights was very slow. The waiter was good, though: we just reckoned that they were understaffed.

Hotel was a nice quiet sanctuary away from the crowds of Avignon Centre. Nice breakfast buffet and staff was very helpful with providing information on using the local bus system to get to Avignon town centre getting taxi service to take us to the TGV train station.

Hotel is a little out of the way from all the tourist action. Also not exactly clear how to get to hotel from Avignon Centre train station. It would be helpful if the add some information to the hotel website.

Very good hotel. Very very helpful receptionists. Speedy check-in and they explained us very patiently how to go to the city centre, what to do and so on. Breakfast was nice as well! The Hotel had Tesla Charging facility - which was one of the key reasons why we stayed there. Also a pool facility which we did not use.

The shower gel dispenser was over by the time the 3rd person (our daughter) had a shower! Maybe the cleaning lady forgot to refill it the previous day or earlier during room cleaning - we informed the Hotel during check-out and they said they will immediately take care of it before the next guests arrive / checkin to the same room!

Clean, comfortable, welcoming, plenty of parking spaces and an EV charger available. We arrived late at the hotel (~22:30) and front desk was nice, but in a hurry

In the middle of the night the fire alarm went on. There was no staff to tell us what to do. Guests (or some of them) gathered in the hallway and we waited. There was a night attendant who ultimately told us he looked everywhere, and that there is no fire. But a) fire alarm system was not properly calibrated b) hotel was not prepared for an emergency (understaffed probably).

Modern decor, spacious room, good breakfast. Free hotel parking and plenty of parking available. The hotel was well managed. The staff at the reception was extremely polite and helpful and were very welcoming. Our air-conditioning did not work but she came personally to check and sort it out for us ( I can't remember her name but was a very lovely lady from Morocco) , she was exceptionally helpful and made us feel well looked after.

A bit away from the city centre but we had a car so it was not a problem for us.

Great customers service. Roman and Novie were supper sweet and helpful. Novie helped us move to a different room in the morning. In general, it's a very carring team! Dinner was great, tasty and inovative. Romane and the chef made sure to customize the food according to my dietary restrictions.

The first room we got was a disaster. It was a very small, claustrophobic room, not at all what is discribed and shown on your website pictures. The bathroom was very tiny, the bathroom door didn't close properly. We got locked outside our room because there were something wrong with the electronic key mechanism. They had to bring an engineer to fix it. There was no hot water the night we arrived! We had to take an icy cold shower and I got a sinus pain/headache the next day because of it. They moved us to a better room the next morning, but the water hot/cold situation was still a problem. We didn't like the location, it's next to a hospital and a crematorium - which was never disclosed on your website!

It´s a good place to stay if you want to avoid the busy city centre, park your car for free, relax and use it as a base for exploring Provence. This hotel is in a quiet area. You can get to the city by bus or by taxi/Uber/Bolt. The garden is nice and easy to relax in. The indoor swimming pool is great. The staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich.

As it´s a 4* hotel I would have expected higher level of cleanliness of the windows, of the terrace, no dust in wardrobes.
