Au Saint Roch - Hôtel et Jardin

The hotel were very accommodating with a late check-in which worked perfectly. The garden is lovely. We arrived late so sat in the garden eating our supper as it got dusk. There were swifts flying overhead and it was very calm and atmospheric. The perfect antidote to a busy day of travel. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast in the garden the following morning. Very handy for the train station; just a ten minute stroll away. The staff were lovely and very responsive to messages before our arrival.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the old city and the train station. Our room was off the pretty garden courtyard where you could eat outside. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. Simple accommodations but a great value for the money.

The bathroom door dragged on the floor so made noise and woke others when you used the bathroom at night. All of Provence is full of mosquitoes, so it would have been nice if there were screens for the windows and doors.

I liked the location of the hotel, its walking distance from the city centre. Also the garden was lovely to have breakfast in. Also the hotel had a nice an cozy vibe to it. The receptionist was very nice and helpfull. Checkin was quick and went smooth.

My bathroom was a bit small, but the room had everything I needed.

Good starting point to discover the city. The center is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. There is usually parking directly at the hotel, we have been here three times now and have never had any problems. The rooms are simply furnished but clean. Size depends on the room, as does the location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. But the highlight is the beautiful garden, which can be used in summer for breakfast and relaxation.

Old style, friendly, farmhouse feel. Excellent and helpful service. Close to rail and bus stations. Next to city walls so easy walk to all of the town. Nice gardens to sit in if the weather had been warmer! Really spacious room.

Limited facilities. No lift, no tea and coffee in room or availability other than breakfast. Drinks machine in garden only has limited range of canned fizzy drinks. Okay continental breakfast.

The hotel is awesome if you enjoy greenery and silence away from the busy areas. Reception was very smooth and people were helpful. I would consider staying here again as the positives outweighs the negatives.

The beds were not the most comfortable. An update on the mattresses is needed. We stayed for just one night so it was not that bad. Another issue which comes with the charm or old properties is that the walls were very thin. If you are a light sleeper, this can be an issue. In our case, a baby was crying and we woke up with her :)

The receptionists were really supportive. They have waited for us and let us park in front of the hotel. The location is great. It's only a few minutes from the city centre. There is a parking by the hotel but you need to confirm the reservation in advance. The room has everything you need. It's calm outside. I haven't heard any noise while sleeping.

You need to consider the fact that the room equipment is relatively old. The breakfast could be more various, at least with boiled eggs.

The location close to the station was excellent, the room was attractively furnished with old fashioned furniture and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The bedside light gave plenty of light to read by, and the bath (though small) was a bonus.

The main problem was the wifi, which didn't work reliably, although it was possible to overcome by using the weaker signal. The garden is quite dark and overshadowed, but this wasn't so relevant in October. .

Well presented hotel with a lovely garden. Great to have the space to sit outdoors. Good sized room and bathroom, good views over the garden.

Some confusion about the secure parking which we had arranged days before arrival. Person at desk did not know anything about this and seemed reluctant to facilitate the parking as this would mean he had to leave the hotel - however, we were fortunate to find a space right outside the hotel and so decided not to press the point about the parking. Also, we were charged more for the breakfast than stated on Booking.Com, room information in hotel room and outside the hotel on their notice board. We questioned this twice and were told the price had just gone up and that he hadn't got round to updating the information.

A charming and comfortable hotel close to the city walls. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! Lovely garden and interior design, felt like living in a castle. Decent size of the room, fresh bathroom, balcony. We travel with a baby and booked 40mins before arrival - there was no problem, we were warmly welcomed. We were going to take private parking, but there was space on the street, so we parked for free there instead. Beware that there is no elevator in the building but there are rooms on the bottom floor. Would definitely come back!

Elevator and a water kettle in the room would make us even more comfortable but lovely people working in the hotel compensate it fully:)
