Without a doubt, the staff, they were exceptional in particular Noamie and Louka. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. The location was quiet with good parking, and just a short ride into the city where there is plenty of parking near the river.

Wifi did not work in our room, we were relocated the next day to a room that did have wifi. on the first day breakfast was dismal, there was practically no food, no juice, no cutlery. There was no hot water in the morning on both days we were there. Staff apologised of course and gave us a discount, but in 2023 this is just not acceptable.

mainly I liked the very friendly helpful and can do approach of all the staff we came in to contact with - nothing was too much trouble this helped us feel very relaxed at the end of our holiday we loved the food in the restaurant - expected it would be good but felt we had an exceptional meal with great service from our waiter who was happy to amend the order to suit 2 separate needs/tastes I loved the pool aswell it was a good size and I was lucky to use it when no one else seemed to want to so felt very luxurious

Very effective air-conditioning which was so welcome in the prevailing heatwave. Our standard room was a good size with a comfortable bed and curtained off shower area. A separate toilet was a very useful design feature. The bar, dining, outside terrace and pool areas were all very comfortable. We don’t usually eat at hotels that much, preferring local restaurants, but we found ourselves using the hotel bar and restaurant quite a lot as the food was fresh and well cooked and the staff very friendly. A weekly barbecue evening was a pleasant surprise too. Breakfast choices were excellent and food well stocked.

Housekeeping was a little haphazard. The basics were done (change of linen, basin and toilet cleaned) but the floor could have been hoovered during our 2 week stay (however, we didn’t complain about this at the time, so perhaps it would have been if we had) The location, about a 10 minute walk from the TGV station, was fine during the daytime . We used the half-hourly TGV service into Avignon Centre ( m5 min journey). It was just a pity that the trains ran only until early evening so we had to Uber or taxi back to the hotel at night.

Sumptuous breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, filtered water freely available, very approachable and helpful staff. I loved being so close to the station, and it was easy to travel into town using the frequent trains, even on a public holiday.

Apart from breakfast, there were no snack options, not even a vending machine, and there was a limited restaurant menu. It would have been good to have the option of a light meal like a pizza, sandwich or baguette.

Lovely, well-equipped rooms with a very comfortable bed. A bonus to have a kettle in the room and a water cooler on each floor. The hotel is a easy walk from the TGV station. And an excellent breakfast is available!

There were a couple of minor issues with the heating and plumbing/drainage. Otherwise the hotel would have definitely scored a 9 or 10 from us. Also a slight problem with noise from building sites early in the morning - this will be less of an issue once the area is fully developed.

Room was great really big, excellent lay out. Definitely the best of the Stop Over hotels I visited while driving through France. Similar cost to the other hotels I stayed at but unquestionably the quality in every aspect was superior. I was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent breakfasts, nice looking hotel.

Gym could have been better. Location wasn't the best but it really wasn't a big deal.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool was good to relax at. Food at the restaurant really nice and we enjoyed the cocktails. It's close to train station and short drive from centre. Would definitely stay again!

Only slight thing was the shower easily splashed onto the floor if you weren't careful (minor design detail!)

Charmless exterior of building in awful area but perfect for access to the TGV and carhire. Pretentious overpriced dinner menu (E20 for an underwhelming bowl of lettuce and 4 crevettes...stop it!). No option of top sheet for the bed. Duvet too warm in the heatwave.

The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. This was our honeymoon trip, and the hotel provided us with small treats and a card with blessings. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, with a small kitchenette included. It is suitable for driving to the location, and parking is very convenient. If walking from the TGV station, it would take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

The breakfast was very good with a wide range of items. The staff were extremely polite & professional. The hotel was very clean.

There should be a handrail on the steps in the swimming pool. There was no indication of the depth of the water. Dinner menu was limited & the same menu every evening.
