The location is excellent. Breakfast was very satisfying and the reception staff were very helpful. I was able to add an extra day at the start on-line and the room remained the same all week. Due to a train strike I may have needed another night at the end of my trip and this was also arranged even though I managed to make other arrangements.

Perfect location for visiting the Palais des Papes, shops, markets and restaurants. A good size room and very friendly, helpful staff.

Entrance was a little hard to find but our taxi driver pointed us in the right direction.

Stayed one night booked the day prior.Great location parking very easy and inexpensive given the location . Remember to get the parking ticket validated at reception . Very clean , lovely linen.would highly recommend

A real gem of a small hotel in an amazing location ( looking out onto the square in front of the Palais de Pape ) . We had a wonderful 3 course meal served by the hotel in the square great quality and tremendous value. First class - a real find Many thanks .

I liked my room and the decor. It was like stepping back in time and everything was lovely. They have a nice breakfast spread too. Bathroom is a good size and very clean.

Perfect location and very nice staff. The hotel was very clean and situated in a historic building which had a lot of character.

The hotel is situated in an old building which we loved as it complemented the historical surroundings but some people may find that it lacked the mod cons of a new hotel.

The location is faboulus, was nice to stay in a medieval building. The staff was helpful, especially the red haired lady, she was one of the kindest and happy woman in town. :)

Room was not the cleanest.

Its location is fantastic and the outlook from my room was great. It has an elevator.

The double bed was two singles together so it had a big bump in the middle.

The hotel is a wonderful palace from an history book, the staff is very friendly and nice. The restaurant is amazing. Very pet friendly with my dog who enjoyed every minute of the trip.

A bit complicated to park. There is a very convenient parking right under the hotel (reasonably priced) but you shall call the reception before planning your trip because it is not easy to understand how to get in the city center.
