The staff is definitely the best part! They are incredibly friendly and ready to help. The area where it is located is very quiet, the hotel was quiet, we could have a great night of sleep. The breakfast is very good with an amazing variety of honeys (they sell it there) and jams, there was a freshly squeeze orange juice which was perfect, there was no scrambled eggs when we got to the breakfast but after asking to a staff member about it he said it was in specific days only but after a few minutes he brought some scrambled eggs to us and he definitely made a difference doing this. Bed/mattress very confortable. They also let us leave one of our bags (with wines) there for 4 days after check out until we get back to Bordeaux (it was very very helpful, otherwise we would have had to dispatch the bag in other 2 flights, taking the risk to break it or loose). I totally recommend and I would definitely stay again if/when I come back to Bordeux (hopefully for the harvest season). Thanks a million!

The only negative aspects are: room quite small for 3 people and ar conditioner not well located (but working perfectly), nothing that really bothered.

Said bottle water on web page in room .. none . Vending machine only took coins , only had card Was challenged by night clerk whilst making a coffee at 10pm as I was thirsty . Asked when I checked in what room number . Felt he mocked me when I couldn't remember, then walked off .. other staff had no problem when I asked them x

High quality beds,- I slept so well! Superb, good value breakfast buffet you don't find in a 3* hotel - smoked salmon, fresh, pressed orange juice, 4 types of local cheeses, cold cuts, pancake and crepes, maple syrup, big croissants and pain au Chocolat, the creamiest scrambled eggs, great coffee. I wish we had more time to enjoy it! Great for catching a flight, airport only 15 min. away. Efficient check in. Free parking. Wifi easy to connect and fast. Would definitely stay in this brand of hotels again!

Room is cramped for 3 adults and 3 suitcases!

The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating - our room was perfect for an overnight stay - very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location by the lake and next to the tram stop - frequent trams into the city centre for 3 euros. Would thoroughly recommend it for a short stay in bordeaux.

The water from the shower overflows onto the bathroom floor.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff,very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Reception ,Dining and Cleaning staff! Room was very clean,even if not the newest one. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast-you can choose a day before what you prefere (on first day we had no idea how it works and we ordered one piece of each option- and there was too much food(pancakes,croissants,bread,toppings ,cheese,fruits,and much more)…. Will book again!

The location was very good. Parking was excellent and shops were nearby. No sofa beds, one double and one single. Also, a good restaurant is located steps away. Overall I would recommend and stay again in this hotel. Perfect for a short stay.

The room could have been slightly larger for 3 adults. The 3rd bed was placed in a narrow space just opposite the bathroom door, therefore we had to switch off the light before exiting the room so as not to disturb.

Great location, both for accessing the hotel by car and for proximity for the trams and buses. The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable.

We would have liked an elevator and were grateful we only had small bags to carry upstairs.

Staff excellent, breakfast very good value for money

Room we had this time was a little tired, light switch didn't work till wiggled it, light bulbs not in correctly, bathroom very small and tired, need a bit of attention, loo limescaled, needs paint on doors, &a clean, toothpaste on door from previous occupant, not nice

Staff were friendly and realy helpful. Tram stop 1 min from hotel. Easy to get a tram pass from reception. Bed was awesome.

Shower flooded which was annoying. Decent bathroom otherwise though

bedsheets could be changed regularly or every 2 days instead of waiting for us to leave. The Bar could be open for a longer duration or have drinks as takeaway if it is from the tap.
