Location on the edge of town but plenty of bars and restaurants in close walking distance. It was a good 15 mins walk into the centre but you could be at a tram or river shuttle boat stop in 5-10mins so plenty of options. Our triple room was spacious, clean and tidy overlooking the central garden courtyard. Bathroom is compact but had everything you need from hand wash and shower gel to towels and a hairdryer.

Breakfast food area was compact so got quite congested particularly as the second drinks machine was out of order during our stay. Food did run out if you were at the later end of the breakfast period which I don’t feel should happen. However, fairly good selection of cereals, pastries, bread, yoghurts.

Didn't have breakfast there. When re development of this old docklands area is finished it will be lovely but presently hotel is a little away from local bars/shops etc. but for those who need it, McD's is at the end of the road! Hotel is probably as good as it can be at the areas current stage of re development.

At the current room prices breakfast included would have been appreciated. Currently have no bar or licence to sell alcohol. Only has a very small down stairs seating area in the lobby.

Great location in between two tram lines into central Bordeaux. Cite du Vin museum & restaurant are a 20 minute walk along the vibrant quayside area with lots of cafes & bars in what appears to be an up & coming neighbourhood. Room was comfortable, staff lively and super helpful, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was a little further out of the city than we planned to stay (original hotel double booked by booking.com) but was an area we may not have found otherwise.

Very clean, both reception area & rooms.! Great location to Cite du Vin, the waterfront, restaurants, harbor, grocery stores, bike rentals, & trams.! Safe & walkable neighborhood too.!

Stop & drop parking area didn’t exist to arrive or leave with luggage. Taxi/Uber had to double park. And FYI… NO iron or ironing board in the room, must request from reception. Also most of the tourism brochures were solely in French..need a few English ones too.!

Breakfast, very good value, near 9 bus to city centre, staff friendly, port nearby with restaurants, shops and walking nearby

No safe in the room. We travel a lot and have stayed in b and b in Spain and its the first time I experience no safe. I had cash but wouldn't leave in room. It will cause problems eventually for hotel believe me.

Window had been left open and there was a mosquito buzzing round all night - was bitten to bits. No parking around so had to use paid parking, even with discount was €12 for the night. Took a long time for check in as no one on desk waited 15 mins

Location is ok. We visited Wine museum, it was main reason for us. I like the breakfast, staff was nice and speak good english.

I hated truck loading merch or whatever in monday early morning, at 4am underneath our room on 1st floor. It was very noisy, I couldn’t sleep anymore.

Clean, sound proof, good location, many bars around, comfortable bed.

lack of space for clothes and bags, socket in bathroom didn’t work. The girl who cleaned the rooms came to my room without knocking, she said that this room is free by her documents. but anyway she had to knock and check if there are any guests inside before coming in.

All was as described. The hotel was as any other B&B hotel. Nothing to add here. The personnel was helpful and polite. The hotel allows to easily commute with public transports to the city center.

This is a good hotel. The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff could not have been better - helpful and courteius at all times. The breakfast was excellent - a real highlight.

It would have been useful to have had a city map and the locations of tram / bus stops.
