Modern, clean with lovely open spaces in the bar/check in area. Very friendly staff who were always at hand and happy to help. Rooms were spacious modern and comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. Hotel is a little way out of the city centre but the tram station is only a few minutes walk away, or the walk along the riverbank takes around 40 minutes. Hotel is right next door to ‘Halls Bacalan’ which has several different stalls/bars selling all types of food and drink. Would definitely recommend a visit. Hotel is also a 2 minute walk from the fantastic wine museum. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We had a really enjoyable stay and thank you to all the wonderful and friendly staff ‘Merci’.

Superb place to stay. Exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and treated our dog like the princess that she is, lol. Loved my mattress, I had the best sleeps here. Rooms super modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Great location super close to tram stop to get to the city fast without having to navigate traffic. We absolutely loved it here.

Music in the communal areas could be a bit loud for these 2 oldies who need their time to get fired up in the morning ;-D Really nothing bad to say about this place.

Very nice spot, the hotel look is great and the hall is a nice place for working. The crew is very kind and friendly. Rooms are small but with all the confort. You don't have a true wardrobe, so it's fine for a 2-3 days stay, if you have to spend many days and have lot of clothes, that should be unconfortable.

Attention to enviroment: in a new and trendy place I expect a higher attention to environment. The possibility to reuse towels is neither written nor spontaneously possible. Even if I put towels on the handles, they were always changed. In 2023 I expect more respect to environment. Please do something as this is important.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with lovely staff. It was fab to be close to the food market/halls and bar de la marine. Even though it's not directly in the centre, it was very easy to take the tram.

The garden could do with a bit of love to replace some lights etc. The food is a bit mediocre but well priced. Last minor point - there are people working in the dining area. This is completely fine of course, but it did not give me a "holiday feeling".

Breakfast is good, location is superb in the new area, next to food market and vine museum. It's a modern type of hotels which I like a lot. Oh, and they don't have parking but give you discount for the big parking.

I did not like the reception lady who is working in the evenings. I remember I came to the hotel very tired, and you can actually see that I am pregnant, but she was not willing to help with our room, as by mistake I booked the wrong room, twin instead of the one with double bed, and she was answering NO to all my questions and was rolling her eyes whenever she saw me after. Additionally, they charged big deposit. No free water in the room, you can only buy one downstairs for 3.5 EUR if I am not mistaken. Shower was leaking.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice with delicious fresh bread, pastries and all the usual things you'd expect from a good continental buffet breakfast. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, with plenty of books and games to check out in the downstairs bar/breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Table football and ping pong as well as (silent) sport on the big screen all made this a great place to hang out.

One very small thing was that some of the breakfast tables were left messy for too long.

The hotel is clearly new and fresh, staff was very kind, the bed was great, bathroom were excellent, and cudos for the TV integrated chrome cast - worked perfectly! 🎉

The most challenging issues is the location is quite far out from the center, with no close tram stop, and the paid parking felt a bit exploitative. In general, Moxy gave a feeling of a big conglomerate hotel corporate trying to create an authentic hostel vibe, and it felt a bit artificial to us. But the price was indeed very fair, everyone was kind, and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is modern, funky cool, very clean and comfortable both in reception and in the bedroom. The staff on reception speak excellent English and are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect too as it is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre but only 15 minutes away by the regular tram service that operates late into the night from the adjacent tram stop. Le Cite du Vin is next door and is a must visit attraction for any tourist who likes wine!

the location is perfect to visit around, there are loads of restaurant, bars and a market at walking distance. The hotel itself has a very cool vibe with a bar, football table, photobooth and other entertainments. The Moxi sleeper with a queen bed was great. the size of the room is really good and spacious, well decorated, bathroom is great too. Everything was kind of new so no complaints on that side. Bed and bedroom were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the pillow which was too hard for me and woke up with a stiff neck. On that note, I think that is only a matter of taste and/or habits though nothing to do with the hotel. I should have checked the pillow before. Otherwise, everything was great. I really recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Just the pillow but nothing. If you are like me and like feather pillows maybe double check if the pillow suits you first or request another one.

The hotel was very qwerky had a lot of atmosphere, our room looked out onto the harbour it was very nice. small double room but very comfortable, decent size bathroom also. The reception area was a good size with nice areas to sit and relax as well has a lovely garden area, the decor of everything is great. The hotel is around 45 minutes walk to the centre of town and to get to the tram its around 7 minutes walk. The staff are all very nice, chatty and helpful There is a large market around the corner from the hotel where you can eat and drink it was great , we would definitely stay here again 😀

I didn't think breakfast was great The large pot of scrambled eggs were not nice, we paid extra for the breakfast and it definitely was not worth it
