Location was amazing and would stay again simply for the location (right on the beach). Staff were really friendly (although limited English, they tried their best), room was perfect for what we needed it for (an unexpected overnight stay, it had self-catering facilities, really good shower, mattress was suitable for a night but the pillow was a little uncomfortable). Lovely seaview too.

The pillow was a little too soft and small. The shower curtain had yellow at the bottom (possibly stained or needed a wash). Hotel smelt a bit of smoke and the breakfast wasn't worth the €14 each (but the freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely)

I like location Should have provide few bottles of water in refrigerator No soap or shampoo or paste in washroom I carried one myself but run out of paste Came out for smoke after 10 forgot keys as I m travelling can’t call number on the window so better you leave a call phone outside for emergency but luckily I knew where the staff room so get the keys back Good staff hotel next door are racist so careful this one’s is ok hotel with that price I recommend highly Thanks

The room with kitchenette clean and spacious. Large bed, clean bathroom and separate wc. We were travelling with our twins so I requested two travel cots. Just to make sure I phoned the reception on the arrival date to make sure they remember about it. The travel cots were waiting and with little pillows and blankets. Very cute. The description on booking.com states there is no car park however there are 6 spaces in front of the hotel (no option to book these) and a large common (?) car park at the back. Looked like the large car park is shared between surrounding buildings/hotels, not sure who it belongs to. The hotel is just by the beach-one street to cross to get to the promenade. So nice opportunity to have a lovely walk in the morning. We didn't have breakfast so cannot give opinion. Very friendly staff on reception and over the phone too. We arrived at night so the key was waiting in the safe in the pre-reception lobby.

Good location for a stopover to or from the ferry port. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again.

The property could do with some signage to the back as that was where the satnav took us initially. We came to a small dead end parking area, the building was on the left. It took us a while to find the front of the building after driving around the area for some time. Realising we were only on the wrong side of the building when we first arrived was frustrating as we were all exhausted from hours of travelling and the late night arrival. Our bathroom sink was blocked, although we didn’t raise this due to the time of night and our short stay of only a few hours before checkout.

The staff and the location rates the highest. The receptionist were all helpful and kind. The cleaning crew found and returned my wife’s earrings as soon as they found them which is always a good sign that the cleaning staff are honest. Location was super close to great beach area and right next to bar/restaurant where the workers there were awesome and inviting. Breakfast at hotel was small but okay.

It was a little uncomfortable during the day without air conditioning but they all have big windows for air circulation.

location is on the sea front. The room was clean, the facilities in our room included a small kitchen incl a fridge. reakfast was really good.

Nothing really. We were in the block next to the restaurant and it was quiet. The one thing noticeable is that it is a bit echoy when people come in but just use earplugs. Otherwise very good value for money and would stay here again. Fortunately the bus load of kids staying that night were accomodated in the block by the restaurant and had gone by the time we had breakfast.

Loved the location and friendliness of staff. We had a family room which had a double bed and bunk single beds. Good size overall. Free parking at hotel. Loved the mini fridge and kettle, they also provided courtesy in-room coffee which was very nice! We really wanted to see the city of Calais, especially the Rodin piece in front of town square. There is a wonderful pastry shop right next to it with the tastiest of pastries and breads!

We found the mattress hard.

Very polite and helpful reception, reasonable kitchen in the room, new kitchenware given immediately after my request, very-very comfortable bathroom, children bed not in one space with parents' bad, late departure for free, comfortable parking and the Sea is just 50 metres from the hotel door. Also, there is a big "state of art" children playground on the other side of the road. The hotel is definitely worth staying.

We only stayed 1 night but the location was great, right by the sea and close to the port. We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were given some croissants and pain au chocolates and a man (forgot his name) helped carried some of our luggage up the stairs. We found a lovely restaurant along the front that was happy to accommodate all 13 of us.

Stayed here for one night before an early ferry, the hotel was perfectly adequate and the location was actually really good right on the Calais sea front. The room was ok and we didn't expect a small kitchenette in the room however there was no cooking utensils or pans so it was kind of pointless.

Parking was tight and one of the sockets in our room was slightly loose and coming away from the wall.
