Very convenient with very secure parking. Highly recommended if travelling with bikes etc. breakfast was great and the freshly squeezed orange machine a great touch. Location was perfect and 10 mins from the tunnel. Hotel was lovely and nice and modern. Bar was good and plenty of free games to keep the kids busy all evening. Loads of bars and eateries nearby. Good arts scene in Calais and would stay a little longer in future as was a pleasant surprise.

Very loud bar across the road but once the shutters were down it did not matter too much. Parking initially hard to find but no biggie really. Ps for anyone else. Take the first right turn when you see the hotel coming up on your right, then first left and left again.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions. We had room 405 for 3 persons, a nice large room. The location is ideal for Calais centre. The secure access at the rear is especially good as we have motorcycles. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is more than adequate to say it is included with the room.

The bathroom in room 405 is fine but accessing the bath to have a shower is a little tricky as the roof slants and getting in and out is difficult as the bath is quite slippy. It would benefit from a suction mat to place in the bath.

Located on a busy street - plenty of options for food. Fairly large room although getting through the door and around the bed was a bit of a squeeze. Excellent breakfast options and a large dining area.

The advert implied there was private payable parking located at the hotel. That was not an option given to me on arrival. I was told it was the street for a fee or up the road and around the corner in the town square for free. The street parking was all taken so we had no choice, that then involved carting 3 children under 4 plus baggage.

The staff are amazing, going above and beyond there call of duty. Every member of staff was friendly, polite, curtis and exceptionally good English. The beds where so comfortable, very clean in all area’s, great facilities, and the inclusive breakfast was way beyond any hotel we stayed in for the week. Parking available and really couldn’t get any closer to the centre of town, but the rooms where so quiet. Brilliant place to stay, well recommend.

It was one of the more expensive hotels we stayed in, but it well made up for it in quality.

We booked at the last minute due to major delays on M20 and at Folkestone. We asked for rooms close together when booking and we got neighbouring rooms. The staff were very accommodating and because it was at night we were able to park on the street opposite the hotel for free (you have to pay between 9am and 6pm). The hotel does have a small carpark but it would have been full. The breakfast was lovely and included, the hotel smoke-free, the beds comfy and the rooms clean. I could not have asked for more for the price!

I genuinely cannot think of anything other than the fact the car park is small so there would be a chance of not getting a space. As I say, for one night only the street itself is perfect as long as you arrive after 6pm and arrive before 9am.

We were travelling by car, the garage lot we had booked was perfect. Hotel just a short drive from the ferry terminal, in the middle of town near restaurants etc. Very friendly and helpfull lady at the reception and other staff. Good bed, bathroom, shower etc. Room quiet although a lot going on in the streets.Very good breakfast with a wide choice of breads, Croissants, coffees, fruit cold meats and cheese. Good value for money.

Location, comfy room and good breakfast. Ideal if travelling on to the ferrry (or the tunnel).

Made the assumption that, as Parking was advertised, I could park on hotel premises and, so I was therefore a bit annoyed to find out there were limited car spots on site and had to park elsewhere. Fortunately, there was plenty of free parking close-by but still, quite annoying. Maybe the website could make it clear there is limited hotel parking and one should pre-book.

We are a family of 5 and this hotel is always really accommodating. They always provide an extra bed in the room and we pay the extra for the breakfast. There are not many hotels that do this and it means we can enjoy the holiday as a family. Really friendly staff. Lovely breakfast

Very central - ferry bus stops outside - friendly staff - clean - room had fan - breakfast excellent - great restaurant cafe de Paris a few steps from the hotel

no bottle water in the room - shower water goes everywhere if not careful - mattress slips off the bed

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the children could play table football while they waited for us to finish eating.

The only thing was that there was a container of hot water for boiling eggs at breakfast, but it wasn't hot enough and we were left with plates of warm raw egg 😂
