Central location, Close to the beach and train station. Helpful staff. Clean room. It was rather small, but in a very good condition.

The window of the room was facing the back of another building, so there wasn’t any view and not much natural light, which was a bit depressing. Another problem was that everyday the cleaning staff would take our towels without replacing them with new ones, so we had to go to the reception to ask for towels.. also for a 4 star hotel, there weren’t any slippers available in the rooms.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, just down the street from the train station, near great shopping and a big Monoprix, to buy food and drinks if you wish, and also super close to the beach and all the activities on La Croisette. The room was super comfortable and clean, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water, and the mini bar was a nice touch. Also had a safe. Breakfast was also quite nice and the staff, wonderful.

Liquid soap in the bathroom would be preferable to the bar soap, as there was no place to put the soap. But this of course is quite minor!

The hotel is excellent in every aspect. All the staff members are friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right in the center, allowing you to easily reach nearby attractions, the beach, or the train station as soon as you step outside. The breakfast is also delicious, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. The price is quite reasonable as well. You won't have to bother looking for breakfast places outside.

We had been staying in AirB&Bs the rest of our trip and were quite relieved to have our own full bathroom and workable shower. The bed was fine. We would stay here again.

No ice available unless they brought it up, but that's no so unusuall for Europe. An extra pillow would have been nice, but really all I would have had to do is ask. We had a couple of hiccups which the staff graciously and professionally helped with. This was the best American breakfast we've had anywhere in France.

Amazing location, close to everywhere we wanted to go! And super helpful staff. Their recommendations ended up being our favorite restaurants in Cannes. Also, we accidentally broke the bathroom sink (my partner's perfume bottle fell on the sink and for some reasons the sink cracked - and not the bottle...) but they were very cool about it. The replaced it right away, the next day, without blaming us or anything, which we really appreciated.

The room is a tad small but nothing that cant be solved. We moved the bed to the side and as a result had more space to move around and put our luggages.

We chose this hotel for the excellent location, positioned just between the shopping district and the historical old town only a short walk from the parking at the train station and the Croisette Beach where we were planning to watch the fireworks show. We also chose this hotel because they would allow us to bring our cat. At checkin we were able to pull over in front of the hotel to unload our luggage before moving our car to the EEFIA parking near the train station where the hotel gets a discount. All the staff were fantastic! The woman at the breakfast room gave us delicious fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. The breakfast room had a lovely panoramic view over the rooftops. We booked a superior double room which was an adequate size.

Nothing really. I would say that our booking confirmation said that "executive lounge access" came with our room but on arrival the hotel said that this was not available because of covid. The breakfast room on the top floor did have a seating area and a big screen TV and a terrace where one could smoke but apparently this was not available to us. I would also say that I think it would be better if they replaced the carpeting in the bedrooms with flooring which can be mopped for better hygene. The night of the fireworks there was a lot of noise in the street until the wee hours of the morning but we are not light sleepers so it did not really bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant per the front desk staff’s recommendation. It was okay - the 180 degree view of the city was nice but not super due to the design of the building… the buffet offers typical hotel continental breakfast stuff.

Friendly lady staff, she volunteered to walk out from the hotel to help us take photo, after we checked out. Before that we informed her about the problem of the loose door lock , she apologised and offered us free coffee and croissants which we felt her sincerity and enthusiasm. The stay was pleasant, great location in shopping area and near to the beach, even though no free parking area, you can park at nearby train station and get discount, which hotel will give you a stamp on the parking coupon to get the discount.

Location was ideal, perfectly situated in the centre which was ideal for my needs. The staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent :)

Being so central meant that sometimes there was noise from the streets, but that could not be helped.

Great communication from the start . Hotel reception team Svetlana, Vlad , Sylvia and all thr managers Emanuela in particular really professional and helpful . We had a lovely room , nice bed and bathroom . Supermarket 2 min away . All the shopping just at the door step . 5 min to the beach . Great stay ! Thank you very much to all at the hotel .
